Ever since I had symptoms of peyronies whenever I ejaculate the semen seems to drip out rather than squirt. Sometimes I don't release any semen after orgasm and it comes out few minutes later.
Before all these issues I was able to squirt out.
Symptoms are below:
- half erect vend upwards and left. Full erections is quite normal.
- twist in penis
- slight pain after orgasm
- Mild erectile dysfunction
Doctor seems to think could be damage to suspendatory ligament.
Has anyone had similar ejaculation issues ? I'm wondering whether they're related or somethjng completely different.
