I seem to be in the early stages of the disease, as I've written in other posts, I'm currently waiting for a urologist appointment in the next two weeks hoping to get cialis and Pentox.

I've decided for the time being to be as aggressive as possible with the anti-inflammatoy treatments

Here's what I'm taking daily (Bold-Italic are medications that were prescribed)

  • 500mg Propolis x1
  • Q10 100mg x1
  • Vitamin E 400 I.U 360mg x1
  • Ginkgo Biloba 120 mg1
  • Omega-3 300mg x1
  • Acetaminophen 500mg x6
  • Naproxen 500mg x2

I also practice cold immersion twice daily for 2.5 minutes and I do some VERY VERY VERY light traction for less than 10 minutes daily as to not cause more damage. I stopped masturbation and porn the day after discovering the slight bend and ED. I also have a very probable intolerance to gluten, I fully stopped eating any gluten as of today

Is there anything I should adjust, or add ? I also need some help navigating fasting and anti-inflammatory diets.
This forum has been a source of hope and comfort for me in the last few days, I thank anybody who is active on this forum for the help :)

I was also wondering if partial erections for short periods of time (Instead of full blown masturbation) were enough to promote blood flow until I can get Cialis.

Hey,

Thank you for sharing re your approach.

From my perspective, this is a good start if you want to go down the anti-inflammatory route.

I detailed my approach in this post, sharing it for your reference: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,14856.0.html

Above all, I think the main other thing you can do if you really want to be 'aggressive' is to change your diet in general so that you get more anti oxidants through what you eat apart from supplements.

I also recommend continuing with the traction, starting off easy like you say.

Re the blood flow, anything that increases natural blood flow into the penis is positive in this case. You can also try VED.

Hope that helps, keep us posted!
Early 30s, diagnosed with Peyronies in 2017 after trauma during sex. ca 15 degrees upward curvature. Restorex, VED, 5mg Cialis, Pentox, L-arginine, Coq10, Propolis, Vitamin E. Underwent 12 rounds of Verapamil injections 2021-22

The doxtor in the ER says he's not convincex its Peyronies, he thinks it might be a temporary injury but I highly doubt that knowing how many people weren't diagnosed properly on this forum. Could traction makd things worse if I'm not a 100% sure it's Peyronies ?

+1 to your question. I have also unclear diagnosis (I suspect injury more than "real" Peyronies Disease) and considering traction, but I'm afraid of making things worse.

Regarding anti-inflamatory treatment,I got capsules mentioned in following topic from my doctor. You can look at ingredients to get some inspiration. Hope this helps.

early 30s
unclear imaging results
slight left curvature + lump on left distal dorsal part since teenager
2 soft vein-like ribs on right side + small 2 dents around when flaccid
sometimes sensation/aching on right side when flaccid for long time

I will not be doing any more traction as I believe it may either be a simple inury or Hard Flaccid syndrome, thanks for shaeing your supplement routine I'll give it a try :)
