Title: Urgent Hard Flaccid Questions
Post by: supernova on January 23, 2023, 03:13:22 PM
I'm sorry if my posting seems excessive, this will be my last post for a while except if I have important new developpement.

I just realised that chances are I have Hard Flaccid syndrome, please refer to my signature and previous post for better context

I got very very very sore in my groin from over working out in the last two weeks, combined with compulsive masturbation, I slowly got Erectile Dysfunction+ a sudden deformation of the penis. Since then everytime I have a weak erection the curve seems a bit different but always toward the right side where my injury was worse. I also seem to have numbness on my glans. This is starting to sound more and more like HFS

The penile tissue under in and under my pubic area feels a bit harder than usual, but its really not the same as an erection and I also am not ery lucky with penile size so I don't know if its hard flaccid. I also realised just how bad I was clenching the area unknowingly ,from the anus to the pubis

I will stop any kind of traction now (I really hope iI didn't damage it more by doing traction for less than an hour in total in thd last 3 days with very minimal force). I'll still be continuing the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory treatments I started.

What would you recommend I do for now knowing this ?

Hey Supernova,

I too am unsure if I have Peyronies Disease or HFS as two different urologists have told me different things. one did a doppler (said I have Peyronies Disease) the other Dr. Trost reviewed my photos and said (HFS) Not sure what to believe. I can tell you that in the past masterbation injuries and deformites have gotten better for me over time. Viagra and Cialis increase blood flow and helped me.

So many people who got Peyronies seem to have this ''HF'' as well. It seems intercontected. Ever since I got Peyronies my dick throughout the day many times goes into the ''turtling'' state. Same state when you are under cold water. Balls and dick shrink so badly it looks like my dick is 2 inches not even kidding. Sometimes the balls even go out of their own position and I have to squeeze them back into place it sounds really weird and it is! Grossly uncomfortable. The whole area just tenses up brutally and there is a complete absence of bloow flow. I touch my balls and dick in that state and it is completely cold.

When I am relaxed and at home at night I am in my normal flaccid state, balls and dick hanging low and soft and this used to be my state down there 90% of the time pre-peyronies, only time it would tense up and shrink like this is when I had to take a dump... Surely this situation just simply can't be healthy for the penis with this shrunken state with 0 blood flow.

I do not know if this is what happens to you but it's my symptoms.. I miss my soft plump flaccid hang I used to have 24/7

Now, when I gym or just when I walk outside it goes into this hard shrunken state. It has become a very big problem for me.

Is it the cremaster reflex that is responsible for this? If so I honestly would like to surgically remove that muscle.

In my opinion.....  HF and Peyronies are not related. HF has only recently been getting a lot of traction on the internet. And it seems that nearly any issue with your penis is being included in the so called definition of HF, including peyronies symptoms. So HF and Peyronies aren't related. It's just that "Peyronies like" symptoms are now being thrown into the description of HF.

HF has only received attention in the last 5 years and is not well understood or documented.

Very much agree with LWillisjr. So-called HFS is being used as a catch-all term for a constellation of different non-Peyronies Disease penile issues, IMO. Some of them are likely to have a substantial psychological element to them.

Just sent my pictures to Dr. Trost, having extreme OCD and anxiety the wait time will probably be the most nerve racking thing I've ever experienced before.

I wish I could send pictures on this forum but I'm highly uncomfortable with the idea of having pictures of my junk on the internet :/

I also realised that most of my pain is situated at the base of the corpus spongium close to the root of the penis and on the glans, this doesn't really sound like peyronies. Or maybe I'm just trying to convince myself otherwise

The anxiety will release cortisol i.e. your fight or flight hormone which constricts your dick. Try to think of something else which is very hard to do but will help.
