Title: Oil or cream to use for discomfort
Post by: GoldenHands on March 23, 2022, 12:08:42 PM
I'm using the RestoreX device for traction twice a day. I begin with the rice bag warm for 5mins and then 15mins of straight stretch, 15mins of angle.

When I'm stretching there is slight discomfort. What can I apply to lessen this discomfort (almost to the point of pain and if I concentrate on something else it's not so bad)while stretching?

Once I'm done and my fella is relaxed throughout the day he feels itching/tingly and not in pain. What can I apply to lessen the  itching/tingly feeling?

I have been using Palmers skin therapy oil now for over a year and it leaves my skin feeling wonderful and healthy. -->https://www.amazon.com/Palmers-Formula-Vitamin-Therapy-Fragrance/dp/B008S8U48E/ref=asc_df_B008S8U48E?tag=bingshoppinga-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=80058245652793&hvnetw=o&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4583657821986366&psc=1 .
