I don't understand this statement at all -> " I been having marriage trouble over this my wife who is always grabbing it and pulling a 90 degree been and pulling it straight."

Also, what do you mean " I am scared for my life"?  Do you think you are dying?

Mr football, you have to stop pulling and bending against the curve or allowing your wife to do it.  Have you read the survival guide to understand what's going on and how to begin to deal with it?  Did U see the doc yet?

Did you try these hangers on your erect penis? Stuff like this is very dangerous, and i am crossing my fingers you did not damage your urethra on this. Blood coming from the tip of the penis...... after what you told us..... hmmm good luck and keep us posted!

If you need surgery maybe they can just go ahead and do excision and grafting?

Back to the ER they are talking surgery to stop internal bleeding and reduce swelling. In pain back at the ER the doctor says that the plaque is like bone and it took alot of force to crack it in pieces

I dont think you sound like you are in a position to doctor shop at the moment.  Hopefully, your doctor is experienced in penile reconstruction or ask him to refer you immediately.

Once you are out of emergency mode we need much more detail on exactly what happened and why it happened and what your total condition is including size loss, deformity, ED status, and more.

Hmm, while it's horrible if there's damage to the urethra it is interesting if he indeed 'break' a calcified plaque. This is what surgeons do when they remodel a plaque during installation of a penile implant. This also why surgeons hear a 'crack' when inflating an implant as scar and calcium break from the pressure.

It's remarkable that he was able to break it with just force, but the downside is that he did damage to the urethra. Hopefully he does not need surgery for the bleeding because at the least now the plaque is broken and it might be now easier to remodel.

Best of luck and keep us posted. Leave it alone until this bleeding has resolved.
