Just started Keto, been about a week now. My plan is to maintain this for 3 months and then do another 3 months of keto with intermittent fasting. 6 months total.
I've done keto before for weight loss reasons and found 65% fats 30% protein 5% carbs was a good combination of macros to lose weight and maintain muscle. I also remember having improved erectile function
Only been a week (could be unrelated) but I feel ejaculation has more sensation to it. With this whole peyronies ordeal sometimes orgasm and ejaculation could be numb and lack sensation. Last few times I had sex I noticed I could feel the sensations a lot more and could feel the semen come out. I've also noticed a little less dribble after peeing.
Will keep posting as I see improvements. I'm currently doing PEntox, Cialis daily, VED (30 mins a day) and manual traction (30 mins a day) + Heat therapy.

I watched a you tube video where this young guy tried the keto diet. He got so constipated he had to go to the emergency room. So watch out for symptoms of that
Bubba - If you're consuming enough fiber per day - it really isn't an issue. I track my daily intake on myfitness pal.
He must have not read the fiber directions ;D
UPDATE: Week 2
Improvements so far include:
1. Much less dribble after peeing. After peyronies I would get a patch of dribble on my boxers at times, this was quite embarassing. I now only get a drop or two. Very happy about this.
2. Erectile function has improved. I'm getting much more nocturnal wood and holding erections a lot better.
I presume this is all from Keto as it's the only thing I have added from my current regime of Pentox, Cialis Daily, VED, TRaction and heat.

Pretty sure its normal to get a patch of urine on your underwear after Urinating. Always has happened to me. Not normal to keep dribbling. Great that you are seeing erection improvement
