I have Medicare as my primary insurance and BCBS my secondary but it only picks up the difference IF Medicare pays. Between the two of them, my implant did not cost me a cent.
(one exception, I did have to pay for the first consultation because I opted to do a video conference rather than an office visit.)
Secondary Medicare usually only pays after primary Medicare (either a copay-or extended services, such as extra hospital days).
