Title: Nocturnal Erections, but Soft Days
Post by: knowledge81 on March 06, 2024, 08:35:07 AM
I have had Peyronies Disease for about 3.5 years. For the last year, I've only masturbated once a week (to porn), it used to be a few times a week. Since then, my manhood has become more sensitive. I can feel the energy there. It's good.

Every night I wake up with an erection. It's like I have one the whole night. During the day, it does nothing. What's wrong with it? I take 200mg French Pine Bark Extract in the morning on empty stomach with 400mg Grapeseed extract. I don't exercise enough and sit down for too long (this is changing).

I find it hard to get an erection and even harder to keep one, unless it is stimulated. I guess this is the plaque constricting blood flow.

I have tried Viagra, worked great, but then I felt like I was dying for a few hours. Dizzy, tired, nauseated. It was horrible. I guess I have a low blood pressure, my hands and feet are usually cold.

Can anyone suggest an alternative to Viagra? Thank you so much for your time.

Daytime erections for some men are non existent. If you are having normal nighttime erections then I would not obsess over it. Being inactive with long sitting times is not good. You need to adopt a healthier lifestyle which includes exercise and the like. If Viagra made you sick you could try Cialis. It can take your body a period of time to get accustomed to the drug regarding side effects. You are probably still in the acute stage and need to remeber that peyronies is a marathon and not a sprint regarding treatments.

Right! Need to move more for sure. Someone told me because I have lowish blood pressure, drinking lots of water with the Viagra would help with the side effects of flushing, tiredness and light headedness, I tried it and it helped. I have had Peyronies Disease for 4 years, is that considered acute?

The acute stage is considered to be the "active" phase of peyronies and can last between 1 to 18 months or more. After that when you are not having pain or symptoms then it is considered the chronic stage. Now peyronies for some men can vary greatly in the acute stage coming back later on. That is why it is considered to be an unpredictable disease.
You have to ask yourself the questions if you are having any of the acute symptoms.

I would definitely suggest Cialis daily, due to the very low risk of side effects. You can also look into
Avanafil which is one of the newer PDE5is to be in the market. Starts acting way faster then viagra or on-demand cialis and i have read that the side effects are very mild, if any at all.

Those supplements are not official ED medications and i would not trust them to work well in addressing ED.

Have you tried Cialis or Levitra? They might work better with fewer side effects. Also, consider lifestyle changes like exercise to improve blood flow.

No, I've only found Viagra in pharmacies here. I will ask at hospital when I go next. Thanks.

Thanks. I'll try them.
