Title: Aggressive oral sex damaged my penis? I need help and advice
Post by: JayneFonda on September 14, 2019, 09:33:09 PM
I had a hookup with a girl recently where she aggressively deepthroated my dick, however this hurt as the back of her throat was very hard, which put pressure on my dick in a painful way. In the heat of the moment I did not stop this and let it continue for some time.

It is the next day now and my penis feels slightly sore as well as erections feeling weaker.

A little back story I have ED that has stabilised and is functional through cialis and pentox.

I am worried this will worsen my condition and am not sure what to do at this point. I am very scared and anxious.

The treatment for a new injury is the same as the treatment for an old injury...

I don't think it is a full on fracture, just maybe some bruising or stress done to my penis while erect. Think something pushing down on it fairly hard for around a minute.

Is there anyway I can evaluate how much damage is done? I am seeing a urologist this friday but I am wondering if I don't do anything now will it be too late.

My suggestion would be to do nothing to try induce an erection at this point. No sex no Cialis, no masturbation. This may just irritate the injury. I believe that I saw you posted this in another section asking about going to the ER, while you could do that, I think it would be a useless visit only because you likely wood not be seeing a urologist that specializes in Peyronies and likely not get appropriate treatment. They may do an xray or ultrasound but if they do not know what to look for specifically they are going to tell you its fine. If it is swollen in any way use ice to help that go down (something such as a frozen bag or peas or corn will work cause it will modify to the shape of your body rather than an ice pack that is solid) but again leave it alone until you are seen by your doctor.

My issue is emergency room wait is very long and annoying. It may take 5+ hours to be seen and taken to outpatient. This is especially troublesome as I am a student currently. If I had free time I may pursue this.

Added to this is the chances that this is a minor injury, it is obviously not a fracture so it may not warranty surgery. If this is the case then there is not much treatment other than to wait and continue taking PAV.

I'm sure every guy has had situations where the girl is too rough on the dick or something like this happens. And I'm sure most recover from it if it is a major event like a fracture.

I guess I'm just worried since I've been damaged before that this could worsen it.
What is likely and what I hope is that this issue will repair itself if I give it a few weeks.

At this point I am very stressed and scared of what may happen though.

"slightly sore" does not sound like a crisis experience with Rottweiler girlfriend. Let it rest and let your anxiety cool off with it. Emergency rooms are seldom a good choice for an achy dick unless you have a sustained long erection that won't go down. Even then, you may get an inexperienced quack-o-matic and poor or delayed treatment.
