Title: Was there someone in this forum that has knowledge on financing/funding?
Post by: ohnoohno on May 16, 2023, 04:01:45 AM
If I remember correctly there was someone on this forum that has knowledge on funding/insurance/financing a penile implant.

I am very much considering this route now after nearly a year in and my penis with it's hourglass has shrunk due to the erection not really extending beyond the hourglass point, it faces downward and just feels broken.

Is what it is at this point but after seeing JJ's results and general info on implants I'm thinking to see if there's anyway I can have help on financing/funding such a operation.

I have emailed Dr's Hakky and Ralph, will see their response.

But anyway if there's anyone on the forum that has any info on funding a penile implant that'd be great.

You have to take into consideration where you are, where you want to do your procedure and the financing router you want to go. You first should decide to which doctors you want to go. Then call their office and find out pricing for out of pocket. After that, estimate how your other expenses will be. Flights, accommodations, food and medication for recovery, etc.

Then you can either ask the bank for the entirety of the loan with or without some savings on your end or you can get a credit card that is tailored for medical expenses/surgery. Dr Eid had this on his website, last time i checked.

Be mindful of the shortcomings of flying out of country for such a surgery when you have some decent surgeons in your are.

Thanks all.

Yes maybe I should just look into getting it sorted in the UK or New Zealand as I have dual nationality. Ideally this would then be free.

I'm not sure what dr's can do it there though at the level we want.
