Hey y'all. My case started back in January and since then there's been no increase in angle or pain. I've been using the l-arginine as recommended, ~2g a day, and I'm convinced it's responsible for the pain cessation, so it seemed like a good time to start traction.

I did some research and found the X4 Labs Extender and just happened to get a great deal on their Extreme Premium model, along with a ton of extras. I started traction yesterday and have now clocked about 6 hours of stretching using a couple different methods. I would not call this comfortable by any means but it's bearable and I believe I can already feel a difference in circulation.

X4 Labs has an ongoing clinical trial where you track your results for 6 months and at the end receive a full refund. In my case that's $170, having caught an 85% off anniversary sale, but that's still a good deal. Progress photos are required every week, though, so be warned. It's awkward enough simply wearing the device, taking pictures is another thing entirely. I'd also add that if you're above average in length or girth it would be good idea to get extra extensions and the wide base, for both functional and comfort reasons.

I'll keep updating this thread as I progress and we'll see how things go from here.

(btw my wife thinks it's hilarious that I've been taking "clinical dick pics," as she calls them. It's great to have this kind of support at home)

Wow, good thing they had a sale...those prices are off the scale!  I always recommend the traction devices w suction cups for the glans as can be worn comfortably for much longer.  Examples are penimaster pro and ESL40.

No kidding, the usual sticker price for these gadgets is in the $1100 range, and that's without any bells and whistles. I'm definitely interested in the suction type devices since the memory foam-padded strap method is, at best, uncomfortable. It's not difficult to see how a person could hurt himself using one of these.
