Title: chronic pain
Post by: westerntown on January 06, 2022, 10:40:52 PM
Hey guys,

I have chronic pain. In the flaccid state, the pain is impeccably bad. This started after manual stretching of the penis. It is likely nerve damage. I take so much advil per day to no avail.

Hello sorry to hear i have the same. For over 3 years now. Try resting it as much as you c an. Aboid or limit sex and masturbation. And try Lyrica for neuropathic pain

i have been having chronic pain as well but I have it upon erection. the cord around the penis that causes the indentation is so strict it cuts into the penile bodies constricting them kind of. it is very uncomfortable in fact. its like when you are taking a stretch after not having stretch in years, there is no flexibility, its very rigid and does not expand. I hate it

honetsly on days like today where its bad enough I think about just cutting my dick off with a knife to forget about this crap, its a ridiculous idea but how much worse is it really? I cant even masturbate and my doctor does not want to help me which is quite common among "andrologists" as they are busy with "more important" life altering and threatening things of course

I've had really bad pain on the bottom edges of my penis from rough masturbation over the years... I now have a hard flaccid. I don't have any medical evidence of why this helps but I've been using around 1000-1500mg of kratom and it has helped me TREMENDOUSLY!

I feel like I may get kicked off for suggesting something like kratom, since it is commonly used as a way for opiate addicted individuals to kick their habit.

Kratom is like a whole ass drug. Are you taking this under the supervision of doctors. Im obviously interested and open to the idea as I am doing research, however Im interested how you came across this and who you consulted before deciding to ingest

This pain is unbearable. feels like the right side of my shaft is on fire and its shooting down my legs. such a vivid pain that shoots whenever hourglass constricts or basically every time i flex my right foot forward from the front (tibia) not sure who to see for this and hoping that the implant or ved can help. i am in so much pain everyday and advil doesnt help at all

Hi - I am a doc.

This sounds like neuropathic pain. Try gabapentin or Lyrica. I have also seen decent results with alpha lipoic acid. Patients also reported that milk thistle can help with this.

I will order milk thistle and work my way up. Rather avoid script drugs if I can. Kratom seemed to be useful. Muscle relaxers also help but knock you out

Hi richard can i ask you how did you consume the kratom and which "strain" was it?
I actually bought some Red Bali recently as i heard this was goof for pain. Made a tea out of 2000mg yesterday, and drank it. I noticed a very little high , but no effectd on my pain. Maybe i did an error with the tea. I will try it one more time soon, then not boiling the water, just hot water.

Same strain as you. I notice that I just don't feel the pain in my penis as much. I take tablets, and usually around 2000-3000mg will do it for me.  However, there are side effects. I get drowsy. It doesn't help with my weight loss. And you build a tolerance like everything else.

I either use capsules (2.7g) or when not, solve it in juice (helps with taste, 1 teaspoon).
Pain relief might take higher dosage, 2g is mostly stimulating only. Gold and red strains seem best for pain.
Dosage may also be depending on weight, according to online calculator I would need 7g  ???
Carefully up the dosage, use lowest possible, take breaks and set a limit.

7gs lol! this will be expensive

But i will try it and work my way up.
Problem even if it helps, i dont want to be high every day. But for evenings its okay i guess. Actually anything lowering the pain would beworth
