I have been diagnosed in February and it was less change until a week ago. Over the last 10 days something seems to have reactivated the peyromies and now I again have very severe pain in flaccid state curvature has increased while girth has decreased.

Very sorry to hear this. I have yet to be diagnosed but I also have been dealing with the mental aspect and am having trouble finding treatment. I have felt just like you for months now.
Is there anything you believe caused your symptoms to increase? Were you masterbating still?

Yes it became considerably worse after heavy masturbation. Last time that almost doubled my curvature and I had another episode of pain after that.
What treatments can you get access to now? Maybe VED or traction, if you get started w something I'm sure you'll feel a bit more hopeful.
What did you do up to now? What is your health and fitness state? Any other underlying issues?
You might try to get appointments with different doctors but generally german socialized medicine sucks and the treatment options are due to the limited regulations of the state and similar for all doctors.

Could be the plaques got hard which they tend to do after time.. Or you might look for some circumstances that cause the last change...

Peter - I sympathise with your situation, as I have found the mental burden of this condition to be almost unmanageable.
