Freshly diagnosed. Curve has only been present for about a week. Visited multiple doctors and all have suggested wait and see. Obviously that's stupid so I'm beginning self treatment. I'm hoping that since it just started its at least somewhat if not entirely reversible, if I don't just sit there and stare at it for a year like the doctor suggests. Here is the program I have started on right now:
Vitamin E
CoQ-10(will probably upgrade to ubiquinol soon).
L-Arginine
L-Carnitine
Daily Sauna soak.
Serrapeptase(40K)
Anything else I should add?
And does anyone have a suggestion for a doctor in the state of Michigan that isn't an idiot?
Low dose daily (2.5-5mg.) Cialis and think about starting VED and/or traction.
Interesting suggestion by the docs if curve is already there.
Normally docs only say that when the bend and hard plaques haven't formed yet. Remember an initial injury?
If you still feel inflamed or in "active phase" and the area is near the top, and not deep inside the penis, think about adding an anti inflammatory like iodine topically.
I'm also a big fan of making sure to have the good supplements always present. Orally they might not reach your penis and the area considering half life of some supplements. Might help to spread the doses across the day.
low dose cialis (2mg ~5mg daily) and CoQ10 are two supplements that showed some results in studies
I'd also add curcumin
Are you able to start on Pentox ?
Initial doctors said the same thing to me to 'wait and see'. The one thing I regret is not starting treatment earlier. Now almost two years later after my initial injury i'm seeing some improvements from a combination of Cialis daily, Pentox, VED, Traction and Heat therapy. Im certain if I had started earlier my condition may be healed by now.
Only thing you may want to be cautious of is if your injury is very new, you could aggravate or cause further damage from some treatments.
Would definitely recommend starting Pentox, Cialis daily and slowly adding light traction and VED.
I agree w Jj, be sure to read the survival guide here: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
