Title: pushing on plaques painfull?
Post by: ocding on February 21, 2015, 03:37:59 PM
Would pushing/pressing on plaques with your fingers in the flaccid or erect state always cause pain if the plaques were peyronies plaques?

How does one tell the difference between a peyronies lump/plaque, and a arterial or artery plaque? I ask this because the word "plaque" on here (when you click on it) says it is not to be confused with arteries plaque.

It's hard to know the difference. I had to get an ultrasound and follow the "cord" to check it for blood flow. In my case I have mild stinging when pressing on some parts of it but I don't think pain is any prerequisite for Peyronie's plaques on touch. Another thing you can do is put a strong light source up to it and see if it's blueish.

Are peyronies plaques blueish? I thought normally you wern't able to see a peyronies plaque?

Neov, how did you injure yourself/or end up getting peyronies? And did your flaccid stretched length get shorter along with your erect length? And if so, is it painful to strech it to its previous streched length?

I will let NeoV to answer you in details, but if you will stretch it to the previous stretched length after let's say you lost 1", you will ripoff your penis.

Hmm.. rip off?? Can you explain? Do you mean because the scar tissue will not let you strech it to the previous length? Are you talking about losing 1" in your erect state, or your flaccid stretched?

I know you and another member said your flaccid stretched length also gets shorter if your erect length did, but for some reason, I feel like you can have one without the other. But I dont know how scar tissue in the penis works. Anyone have any more info on this?

How about if you start some type of manual stretching exercise/routine or even a traction device in the acute stages of peyronies before shortening/scar tissue has established itself, or while it was trying to establish itself? Would that still just begin to be painful? Will stretching your penis whilst it's trying to start the process of shortening and plaques in the acute stages fight off shortening/scaring?

Sometimes I think "ripping it off" might just be for the best, just to be done with it. Im so exhausted and tired of the emotional, and psychological pain of whatever this is brings. Of course I have some type of ED/venous leak or something so that alone is enough!

Please never give up man...

My flaccid length is much longer than before because of traction (manual), and erect length seems the same or longer.
I had post ejaculatory bending since I was 18 or earlier, then at 24 a small girl bent me too much while I was in missionary by curling her hips backwards into the mattress. I did not have any pain, only discomfort and she did it several times. Days later I noticed subtle change, then rapid, as I noticed my penis start to curve upward from the center.

Neov, are you talking about your flaccid "hang" legnth as it sits there without touching it, or your flaccid "streched" length?

And what is traction manual mean? Do you mean stretching your penis out in the flaccid state with your hands?

Yes my flaccid hang length without stretching it is longer. My stretched length might be longer but I haven't measured it!

Yes all with my hands for several years at different angles while watching movies such as The Matrix, hence the name "Neo".

No, blue are veins and possibly lymphatic vessels.
