Post by: Asphyxia on April 18, 2021, 11:57:32 PM
Temperature here will soon get to 25-31degrees celcius or so
And im guessing its even warmer under my clothes so
Should i keep the heat therapy for only when using an air conditioner?

Hello,

The optimum temperature for heat therapy is 40 degrees Celsius. You should still do heat therapy.
