I have seen people on here with aggressive curves I am wondering how quick was the curvature formed? Or was it gradual? Did anyone just wake up with like. 45 degrees curve or was it a slow progression?
Before my curve I had severe pain and I could feel the scar tissue forming in the general area. This time frame for me lasted about 7 months. Then I noticed a gradual pulling and tightness of the end of my penis as it was pulled upwards in a dorsal curve. The pain at that time though was only during an erection.
I have read other members with different experiences to where it showed up almost overnight. I am not sure about curves related to sudden fractures/injuries though.
Were you doing any traction or treatments during that time?
It came on pretty quickly... like just one day I noticed the curve because penetration was tough. But I noticed through photographs that the curve slowly got worse and worse... like it started at 30 degrees and over a year got up to 65 or 70!

I had actually started the treatment about 2 weeks before the curve began and I believe that the traction
was actually slowing things down. I was still in pain doing the traction, but it wasn't severe. I kept the tension very light .

it was fast for me! Less than 48 hours. It simply did it all by itself. I didn't do anything I had not done before. Then, boom! It was bad and very disconcerting.

I woke up with a 30 degree bend. It literally appeared overnight. Over the next 8 months. It progressed to 45 degrees. Now it's back down to 30 degrees. On a good day it can be 20 degrees. That's down to traction.
I unknowingly had symptons (erectile dysfunction when masturbating and a curve) i just carried on with life, masturbating daily with 80% erection max and i just put my curviture down to that, i always thought i, unfit thats why i cant get an erection and just started running for about 9 months on and off with not much improvement or worsening. Pain and lots of plaque form in short period of 24 to 48 hours. Right away, had a bad hinge angle near the base. Everything was straight going fore and aft of this hinge for about 1.5 to 2 weeks. Then two curves formed. The larger curve, replaced the hinge.
Literally just woke up one morning with a "morning glory" (UK slang) and noticed it was bent and dented. Did not have any particularly strenuous sex or masturbation in the days preceding. Thank heaven it hasn't progressed a lot since then.
My peyronie's symptoms started 3 weeks ago and I feel it's already advancing really quickly. The scar tissue seems to already be calcifying, pulling, and resulting in a 35-40 degree bend on my glans. I'm trying to look for a peyronie's specialist so he can definitely diagnose me
Thanks for the responses. I thought my Peyronie's was done progressing. I hate the final result of the deformities but no pain and erections were ok. I had sec couple weeks ago and injured it again. I don't even know if it was a bad injury. It just felt weird and it bent where the dents were. It didn't hurt much at all but the next morning it felt alittle sore. It's been about two weeks now and the previous nodule that was causing my dents and hourglassing has got larger and I can feel more thickening around that area. Also now everytime I masturbate it's get sore after wards. This has really put me in a dark place. I lay in bed all day not being able to do simple tasks. I never wish this upon my worst enemies. Depression is real and I want to get out of this funk. But I feel the only way I can get out of depression is if my penis miraculously heals. If not then I don't know how I will get out of this depression
Hey brother, you're not alone. I really feel your pain and understand what you're going through. I can't even masturbate in fear that I will make things worse, and the pain is awful. The small things in life that I used to enjoy, I simply don't find happiness in them anymore. After I wake up, I'm laying in bed for hours, depressed, not knowing how to move forward. I don't find joy in eating, or hanging out with friends. I'm just distancing myself from people even more. I really hope that there's some light at the end of the tunnel for all of us
Wow same thing here man. I go to bed early and next morning I just stay in bed almost till noon. I could stay in bed all day but I have to get food. I mean all these are symptoms of major depression. I really wish I could get out of it but it's impossible. I almost get mad thinking how easy it can be to get out of depression if there was nothing physically wrong with you. But I always u set stand their pain of depression. But our depressions stems from a physically disability and I don't know how I can get out of it unless I can fix myself
That's the worst part. Having to get out of bed to get food, even though I have no appetite. I agree with you, if it wasn't for this physical aspect(and in my case the urination issues), it would be much much easier to get out of depression. F, I'm only 3 weeks in, if it doesn't get better I don't even know how I can manage later on. Just got the rest of my supplements today, hopefully since it's still somewhat early for me, these + manual traction can help me get back to almost normal. I'm praying for you to get better.
Old thread but mine was quick. Started with 3 days of soreness over the entire penis. About a month later I noticed it was tilting towards the right side when it was straight as an arrow prior. Fast forward a year and a half later I have narrowing on the right side of the base and a 20° curve to the right. I had no idea this disease even existed so i googled penis curve and peyronies came up. From then on I knew I had it.
I'd say the disease is pretty straight forward to self diagnose. Simply put if your penis in the past was straight but then suddenly started curving odds are you have peyronies.
Mine started two days after I had an excruciating painful erection that lasted for almost 4 hours from a Trimix injection.
