I have been taking 5mg Cialis for several months now. It has been causing regular night time errections but during the days there is not much. There have been occasions during the days when i wanted to have intercourse but it just did not anything for me.
Can i while taking 5mg nighlty, take 2 tablets of 5mg to simulate 10mg effect only on the days when i intend to have an intercourse? If not, could you guys please suggest me other options alongwith daily 5mg Cialis that could work to achieve intercourse sufficient errections? Cheers !!!
I'd say it's worth a shot. Or add viagra before sex. Is 10mg cialis too expensive to take everyday?
i currently have three months stock of 5mg Cialis. Thats why the thought of using 2 tablets at a time when needed to get the effect of 10mg. Dont wanna get another prescription of 10mg Cialis and spend on that too. So you are saying one can do that right?

Just make sure you are using genuine drugs and not some fake crap. That's why I don't trust generics and prefer brand drugs, those extra $$$ are totally worth it.
I would continue with the 5mg daily and then when you want to have sex pop a 10mg or take some Viagra. Unless of course you are lucky enough to have sex daily ;)
Generic meds in the US are well controlled and most always as effective as the expensive brand names.
There should be no harm adding an additional 5mg (or even 10-15mg) of Cialis (or generic tadalafil) on top of your daily 5 mg dose. 20mg is the typical prescribed dose for intercourse for ED. If you have any side effects of the Cialis (back pain, stuffy nose, flushed face) then you will experience a bit more of this with the extra dose, but if it is tolerable then it is well worth it to have better sex. I take 2.5 mg generic tadalafil each night (I cut 5mg pill in half to save money) and add another 5-10mg when I have sex. I don't have ED problem, but my "hinge" at the base of my penis from Peyronies Disease is filled more completely with the extra tadalafil and I think I have less risk of bending it and causing further injury. Having said all that, you should just ask your doctor if you are still unsure.
And I agree with Tony, if you are buying generics in the US from a pharmacy, even an online licensed pharmacy, then they are fine. But if you are buying from "get cheap drugs from Canada here!" type of website, you are not likely getting the real deal.
