Not sure if this subject has been previously addressed...approximately two years ago, I underwent a Nesbit Plication for Peyronie's Disease. I didn't realize at the time how the procedure would impact size, as I lost about an inch or two when erect. Fortunately, I have a wonderful and very understanding wife, but I am personally very underwhelmed by how this has impacted our sex life. I am therefore contemplating a reversal, and was wondering 1) if that is possible, and 2) if it's a simple matter of removing the stiches, or does it require a more radical surgery? Any information or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.....
I have not had plication surgery because my case is severe. There is a very good scientific article to calculate the loss of length from plication surgery.

You should have been made aware of this before the surgery. My understanding is the plication can be reversed. But to fix the curve you will have to have PEG surgery. Much more complicated and risky.
Before you do any more surgery, you should try traction to restore length. Good luck.
HockyCoach,
Good question, but I would run from any surgery with the name ,,Nesbit" attached to it. That thing is well-known to reduce length. When you think about it, that's sort of how the straightening takes place. Not sure with plication what's that all about, but I would have hoped your surgeon has fully warned of the penile length loss with a Nesbit, which is an old 1960s era surgery. I would doubt any modern thinking Peyroines specialist, like Dr. Lue , would ever consider a Nesbit, since he has such newer and better surgical options available that actually sometimes cause a slight gain in length, but not a loss.
Yes consult Dr Lue in CA, or Dr Brian Christine in AL, about reversing and /or updating your procedure. They both are experienced with a version of the 16 dot technique.
I feel you.
I lost 2 inches after my plication surgery.
Been a rough few years afterwards.
