I currently don't have pain after about two months of injury. I can masturbate gently and orgasm with no pain. When did your pain stop? I am trying to gauge what stage I am in and see what healing time looks like for me?
I think you will get some mixed answers. Primarily because pain from Peyronies is generally what is called the acute phase. And this pain is NOT caused by inflammation, but rather it is pain cause by your erection trying to stretch newly formed plaque on your Tunica that doesn't want to stretch. And this acute phase can last several weeks or months before it goes away.
I reread all your posts and I think you are suffering from ED, and not Peyronies. I think you got some inflammation from the Trimix injection for the ultrasound. So in your case, it is how long does pain induced from inflammation take to resolve?
I appreciate your response, I was diagnosed with Peyronies from a specialist there is a small palpable plaque . However it is very minor, maybe a 5 degree curve. But there is narrowing on left side. Just wondering from the people with knowledge and peyronies, if I have a good chance to recover the narrowing/indent girth? No length loss and no girth loss where I am girthiest. Do you think I have a good chance to recover?
I just cancelled my ultrasound doppler with my urologist. He said he does the to see 'leaks - I think he said' relating to ED and to see where the lumps are and size. So after reading your post and others about some issues with the injection to get the erection he kind of said since I'm around 20 degrees and have no ED it wasn't necessary at this time. Can you go into what happened to you regarding the doppler?

Hey so I'm going through this now, when I get erect I feel that pain - which I assumed was because of it stretch this plaque.... Is this good for us? Should we keep that stretching? We should promote that pain? Otherwise it will form and solidify?
I notice if I dont get erect for a day or two then the pain is worse, maybe solidifying more?
This is why we (and many specialists) recommend traction. What you have stated indicates you are understanding this. You want to keep the plaque stretched for 2 reasons.
1. To try to stretch the plaque to reduce your curvature
2. You may not achieve #1, but you want to try to keep the curve from getting worse.
You are in what is called the "acute phase".
