Title: Zinc daily intake
Post by: james1947 on November 16, 2018, 07:34:07 AM
I understand that for male over 14 year old the daily zinc intake should be 11 mg
Have 107 posts regarding zinc on the forum but I didn't understand the Zinc/Erection connection.
I am wandering what  dosage  forum members are taking for ED?
Will be happy if somebody can explain how zinc helps with erection

Thanks for the answer Young :)
So if I don't have T deficiency (count more than 690) no need for Zinc?
I I am sensitive to milk, Zinc can help?

I dont take zinc and i have low t.
Zinc is complicated because it interferes with copper.
About the milk, never heard of this connection
