We've all been there, I am afraid your situation is no different and stating your need will not achieve much anything at all.
Read about the treatments, apply them, hope for the best.
I know that feel man and three years later I still have pain sometimes and I went from 17 to about 14/15cm rock hard. Sometimes if I really use my pelvic muscles I can get it back closer to the 17cm line, but the shape and girth is affected too by hourglassing. All in all I haven't gained back a single mm and if anything my situation has gotten worse over time, but I must say that I also don't get the care I need. The doc's I've been to don't even know about VED or pentox/cialis and would probably call me nuts if I started to use the VED again. I just hope I'll find a GOOD doctor soon cause like you I feel this is a situation I can simply not accept being in. But honestly, there just isn't a thing we can do expect for hope and get the treatments that ARE available. Do whatever you think works, as long as you aren't wasting too much time, money and effort in things that don't work, but other than that you basiically got no option besides just sitting it out trying things that are not even close to a cure and hope that in the meantime doc's are working hard for us behind the scenes.

You are 14/15 now from 17. VED, Pentox, Cialis will help you (in my opinion and own experience) not to lose more and may get back some length and girth.
I know what you say about the doctor is a shame, but you depend on yourself not him.

Yeah, but I ain't a doctor and pentox/cialis isn't a cure and VED is not just a tool to help but also a risk to take in my opinion so I can't help but wait.. It'a frustrating but I calm my mind with the thought that even when i was on pentox and cialis things got worse so I just keep hoping for better options in the future and hopefully find a doc to still help me with this.
Trashboat, I tell myself that everyday too and I'm still around. Better not get caught up in that mindset because it might be worth it to stick it out a little longer.
you go nuts for just 2 cm when you should account yourselves lucky..some people in here lost a lot more (I lost 6 cm) and that's one of the issues they are dealing with. Come guys, you cannot just kill yourselves for length/girth ssues..
