I have visited 5 uros over the course of two months. Please help me understand if I am thinking correct or no.
Noticed my first symptoms(bend from the base) around first week of November.
1st Uro:
He examined my pictures and my penis but he said the curve is not much and he can't feel plaque.
2nd Uro:
He examined penis as well as saw my pictures and said looks normal to him.
3rd Uro(Peyronies specialist):
She examined photos and examined my penis she feel there is curvature and might be an injury at the base of penis and puts me on Cialis. Doesn't confirm if I have Peyronies.
4th Uro(Peyronies Specialist):
He examined penis as well as looked at pictures and said no plaque and no peyronies.
5th Uro(Popular Peyronies specialist doctor's assistant in US):
For this visit i flew from my city to other for 10 hours just to make this appointment. He examined and looked at my pictures of penis and said nothing is there.
None of the uros were convinced to have an ultrasound for me. They said it is not needed. My symptoms are:
-mild penile pain on flaccid sometimes
-mind testicular pain sometimes
-penis feels rubbery and too smooth, semi rigid and engorged while flaccid. Rigidity goes away after sitting or sleeping
-chord like structure below penis shaft(no urologist could feel it)
-penile curve more noticeable when semi erect and almost straight when fully erect but has a slight bend(look at pictures)
-penis feels cold low temperature mainly glans and scrotum
-testicles feels tight and penis feels "getting to erect" mode but not
Please let me know if I have peyronies or i have hard flaccid syndrome. Thanks for help.
With Peyronies..... you go through a period of pain when the penis is fully erect. And also a Peyronies curve is most noticeable when fully erect. So it seems like the consensus of 5 urologists might seem correct.
I can't explain why you have pain when flaccid, or testicular pain. But for me this is not indicative of Peyronies.
Did you explain the pain when flaccid and the testicular pain to the urologists? Sounds like something other than Peyronies disease

And yes, I did talk about the flaccid penile and testicular pain to the uros and they didn't really have an answer and said it could be your anxiety or stress to the pelvic floor. At this point, I am really clue less as I am not sure what the problem is.

I have uploaded 2 pictures of my erected penis. Can someone please have a look and tell me if there's any deformity/dent? First picture is the side view. In this picture, does the base of the penis looks more flatter than the rest of the penis? Does it look like a dent near the base?
2nd picture is fully erected penis from top view. Do you see anything which is not normal?
Please let me know your thoughts. I have seen urologist and couldn't get any answers. Please help.

It looks completely normal. Yes just laying off of things for a while and letting healing take place is best for now. Stop worrying and get a hold of your emotions.
From these pictures, I do not see anything unusual. And you say you have a slight curve which may have already existed. So I don't sense any Peyronies Symptoms as well.
It is possible u have the onset. The beggining of the disease I only had pain with erection and my curve was mild. Flaccid pain and testicular pain happened to me after I injured myself using restorex. My advice is to lay off it, no masturbation or sex for awhile, and if u notice more curve u can try lite traction but be careful. Also be healthy and exercise. It's hard to not stress, but if u r having trouble with erections, cialis is something u should consider, only take half the pill if u do.
If u don't understand how peyeonies happens. It is a result of injury to the tunica albunginea. When tissue from the injured area in the tunica is replaced by scar tissue; this forms and matures overtime. Which is why u want to take cialis to ensure u have healthy nocturnal erections so that any scar tissue forms in an elongated state, the traction though in theory should help, but if it causes u inflammation this will just likely form more scar tissue. Which is why I say lay off it and see if the pain resolves. This is my opinion, as I was told by my uro to continue to have sex and masterbate and use traction, which only made me worse with very bad pain.
Literally all you experience is what I am experiencing right now. Even with your time frame. Everytime was slowly healing until bam one day a couple month after my injury, I notice pain and somewhat hourglass during semi errection. But it's full straight with a slight curve. From the feel of rubbery etc, I am in same situation as you. And like you, my uro said it's normal etc even tho I said i feel pain and have some read marking on where i got injured. No idea, but I been just self healing for like 6-7 months now. Freaking uro takes long to see new ones and at this point I'm just wasting time and money. I however trying to get an ultrasound so i can see. I have heard that if it's true Peyronies Disease my curve should had been worse by now? IDK but all signs point to Peyronies Disease. Realy had lost hope.
Hard to know from images in regards to hard flaccid. The flaccid penis should really droop and be soft. Not rubbery or hard, aside from when running for instance or when its cold lol.
The symptoms you listed can all apply to hard flaccid and/or pelvic pain syndrome.
The rigity going away after lying down is an interesting one because i know with pelvic pain and hard flaccid as they somtimes come interlinked, lying down is best to relieve it, allbeit temporarily. Hard flaccid for me made my glans cold, not quite full erections, when it was really bad actually i had real pain in the base of my penis. There's a hard flaccid/cpps discord which could probably help you diagnose it better if it was that. Quite a lot of people with sexual injuries end up having it, it seems anyways. I know for instance my using an extender i think made mine worse. Hard flaccid can cause the penis to point to one side, not sure about curving so much. I did share about of info about it in another post on here but i don't want to come across as shilling stuff especially if it's paid, that discord group is free to join and they have suggestions for it.
Any sort of pulling feeling under the penis could be tightness in the bucks facia. This is often the case with people with HF. If you have tight muscles and facia and injury to this area it could well be hard flaccid.
Disclaimer: No expert, regurgitating what i've learned from people who research it and treat people with it. All that i know is urologists know nothing about hard flaccid. It's barely an acknowledged term medically last time i searched for it. I have no clue as to peyronies though. All i've heard is you get a hard lump and pain in that specific point i believe and it causes a bending there.
