Title: MANUAL TRACTION
Post by: Y0ungpeyronies on March 05, 2019, 07:24:25 AM
Hey guys, so i'm a long time lurker here and something that's peaked my interest is how great the results are of manual traction, respected people such as NeoV have seen crazy good results through hand therapy only and that's really good and it would be the most cost effective method of therapy for everyone to go through, i've created this post in hopes that people who have seen good results from using their own hands as a traction device come forward and post their results as numerical statistics, in an example format of:

Curvature reduction:

Length regain:

Girth regain:

Other benefits:

and also adding if your plaque(s) were calcified or not
