My Peyronies happened during a Covid infection as well. The day I got Covid, that morning, I had no symptoms and used Viagra recreationally and had sexual activity. Nothing major. That evening I came down with the symptoms of Covid. Four days later when I got another erection, it was denting and narrowing-hourglassing at the base.

My theory is that the spike proteins combined with the hard erection damaged the Tunica. There is some literature online of people developing this after covid.

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experiment with essential and vegetal oils! It's always great to hear about such in-depth, self-tested formulations. I appreciate the effort you've put into researching and mixing these oils to address your issues. It's fascinating to see how natural remedies can have such a positive impact on different conditions.

I'm curious about how the different vegetable oils you've mentioned—like Emu and Castor oils—affect the skin's healing and the absorption of the essential oils. Have you found that switching them up daily gives your skin a better chance to adapt, or do you feel like consistency with one oil might yield even better results over time? I also wonder if any of these oils could be helpful for other conditions related to skin repair and inflammation, not just for this particular use.

As for me, I sometimes rely on Cialis, and it works well for me. It's been helpful when needed, and I'm always open to exploring natural remedies like the ones you mentioned. Your experiment with essential oils is really inspiring, and I might look into incorporating them into my routine as well. Thanks again for sharing!

Will do.
Quote from: Pfract on January 03, 2025, 10:56:25 PMHello Jay! Truly devastating for sure. We have all been there. You should definitely try tadalafil and get started immediately on traction and vacuum erection device. Those are the lines of therapy to try in your case.

Please stick with us and learn as much as possible!

Will do.

And thank you & best wishes in fighting this disease to all my Peyronies Disease brothers in this forum and beyond. More awareness should be raised!

Is there anything outside the US? Despite being in a "cheap" country, urologists and definitely ED drugs are considered a luxury. Cheapest I can get for that Rx of 90 x 20 mg Cialis (generic) is $500, a monstrous sum where I live.

Like some legit cheap generic online pharmacy that ships worldwide.

However you approach it - time spent in traction is actually the time spent. You do need to take short breaks occasionally. When I was doing a lot of traction I would take a 5 minute break after 2 hours then do another 2 hours. In a 24 hour period I would usually put in between 6 and 8 hours with the PMP.

Thanks, I got two of the three studies that I see here referenced.

Now I'm seeing posts about how Pentox might counteract Cialis and Dr Trust doesn't use it anymore. There is no other disease I've come across where there's such uncertainty and ambiguity.

Thank you Mike for your responses. I'm not sure if you are saying the same thing as me re. Circulation, but basically, regarding the device that I have above, I have not used it yet, because I don't see a way to "lock" the glans without gripping down on it. This feels as if it might cut off circulation.

I've got to do something though so I might just try it out. There are many other basic traction devices with the same basic way of gripping the glans.

By the way, in PTT, is it OK to do two sessions of 3 hours or is that not the same as doing 6 hours straight?

I'm
Quote from: Mikel7 on December 31, 2024, 05:52:41 PMI don't know much about other traction devices but I have read that the loop goes securely under the glans and is pulled tight. This is where circulation could possibly be cut off if you are not careful. I do understand your situation though. Maybe if you could find someone selling one on the forum here it could be more affordable.

Hi there! Your reasoning about the penile suspensory ligament and its potential role in erectile dysfunction has some basis but includes assumptions that need clarification. While scarring or shortening of the ligament might contribute to curvature, the link to impaired blood flow and erection maintenance is less clear. Blood return from the penis is primarily controlled by venous compression in deeper structures, not the outer skin. Severe curvature, such as in Peyronie's disease, can indeed cause erectile issues, but it is not universally linked to ligament problems.

Your suggestion to use Xiaflex injections instead of cutting the ligament is thoughtful, as it avoids nerve damage risks. However, Xiaflex is only FDA-approved for Peyronie's disease and has not been studied for weakening the suspensory ligament. Experimental use could destabilize the penis or cause side effects. Consultation with a urologist and evidence-based treatments are essential before pursuing such approaches.

I also notice pain when stretching and counterbending mainly on the side of my penis where my plaque is located.

I'll even feel this when at work throughout the day. The feeling comes and goes.

I often wonder if these pains are there because it's a sign my penis is improving or getting worse.

I continue and be consistent with my RestoreX treatment while taking Tadalafil and supplements along with heat therapy.

I am 7 weeks today of my treatment plan.

I honestly don't think at 12 weeks I'll see a noticeable improvement. I believe it will take 6-12 months.

I'm hoping I can put my faith into Dr Trost using this device and that it will not worsen my disease and actually improve it.

There's no other choice.

I would say skip a day in between your treatments to see how that does. You very well may still be in the acute stage.  You should also look into VED therapy and heat therapy. The heat therapy for me would bring faster healing and pain relief. Also are you using any tadalafil? It will promote healing through increased blood circulation and a reduction in inflammation. Doing nothing can make your situation much worse in the long run. Also how is your worrying and anxiety levels? Finally remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint.
