Hi all!

I've ended up on this forum, that I'm sure no one wants to end up on after my dick seemingly changing shape over night.

I'm still not exactly sure whether I'm imagining this or not. I feel like a lifetime of looking at my dick means that I would be able to recognize a change in it.

One day I was holding my dick and I squeezed it and it started hurting a little bit. The next day I noticed that there seemed to be a change in my erection and it had become somewhat asymetrical - the top part on the right-hand side near the head seemed to have dented a little bit.

Now it looks like it does on image attached. I've never thought I would regret not having sent girls dick picks before, because if I had some archive of dick pics it would be a lot easier for me to figure out if something is wrong or if I'm just imagining it.

Could you please let me know if this looks like Peyronies to you? From different angles it looks more and less curved. Either way I'm pretty sure that the top right side did not have a dent in it and it was more symmetrical before.

It's been a month now, I've only recently started taking regular pictures to track any progress. I don't have any difficulties with erections - they're as solid as ever and I don't feel any pain (occasionally I'll feel this strange pain on the top of the head where it feels like it has been bruised from friction, but this pain seems to come and go/ appear like once or twice a day for a short period and I'm not sure if it isn't caused by anxiety).

Some background info: I'm 27. Recently recovered from Long Covid which had made me incapacitated for a while and just as I was happy to have recovered from it after a year, this happens.

I have been living a very sedentary lifestyle due to working long hours at a deskjob from home. Maybe it's some change of bloodflow due to sitting too much? Hopefully it is the latter, because reading through this forum, I feel moderately to highly terrified and my self esteem has taken a weird blow.

Would really appreciate some feedback from other members of the forum as this is freaking me out quite a bit now.

PS: I just noticed that there's a board for this stuff, but couldn't figure out how to edit or delete this post. Would it be possible to move it to the correct forum?

Messed up, because as you may imagine, I'm here looking at 37 different dick pics I've taken over the last month trying to figure out whether my dick has changed and as you may imagine I've overlooked some parts of the forum in my panic to get a second opinion lol

Asphyxia

Looks normal to me since some asymmetry is normal,

However, I was in the same situation in the first 2 weeks of the disease, i had a barely noticeable dent and i was wondering if i damaged my penis or if im paranoid and imagining things, it got much worse after masturbating and then the pain started

If i knew what i know now i guess id just let my penis rest and go on an anti inflammatory diet before the pain begins(if it begins),  although i dont know if that wouldve changed anything.

So i guess although it looks normal there can still be something going on, atleast in the early stage, im just basing it on my experience.

But again, your penis looks normal to me, so it might be nothing
Also, a month had already passed, id expect symptoms to worsen during that time yet they havent, so i really dont know

Hi, a side on view might help to identify any curve but from top things look ok
June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation

Welcome Supwiththis to the forum. Thank you for filling out your signature line.  If you haven't done so you should download and rad the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you a detailed outline of peyronies and it's different treatments.

It is usually customary for a first time member to post in the "introduce yourself" section, but it is ok if you post somewhere else.  It is just that other members may not see this as quickly about you.

Your photos don't show anything abnormal as a curve or injury. If you would have had some prior photos then maybe it could be seen . So how hard did you squeeze your penis and how bad was the pain? Is the pain long lasting? Do you have trouble with erections and or pain with?  If you are worrying a lot you could get an appointment with a peyronies Dr if that is possible and get checked out.  Everything looks normal to me though. Do you feel any lumps at all?  A lot of guys have a normal curvature of their penises
and it does not affect their sex lives at all.  :) Mikel7

Hi! On the second picture you can see it's somewhat curved to the left. I don't remember ever having a curve like that. Additionally where it is wider in the middle, it used to be symmetrically wider, but now it isn't anymore -- it looks more filled out on the left hand side - towards the top right side near the bell end it's tapering off more and it wasn't like that.

The squeeze wasn't super hard, but it was hard to the point where I felt a pain and was like "ouch i should not be squeezing my dick so hard". Lasted for about a couple of days. I'm now a month into it and there's no pain.

I'm off to get checked by a urologist in a week. Not sure how to go about finding a specialist in Bulgaria, as we do not have that great of a healthcare system and whenever I've had any issues with anything else in the past, doctors have been mostly useless. No problem with erections.

I guess I'm just really worried that it will progress, because as far as I understand Peryonies is the only thing that can cause a curve to appear when there wasn't one before.

I've had some circulation issues over the last year as covid hit me quite hard in the cardiovascular system. My last hope is that it's some circulation issue that's somehow affecting my penis, so I'm trying to quit smoking right now and do everything I can to improve circulation (tho quitting smoking is really hard, i've been a two pack a day smoker for 10 years, so my attempt over the last three days of quitting has lead to me just crying all day and being like F~@< my dick will fall off cos of the anxiety from the curve mixing in with the anxiety from nicotine withdraw).

I'm giving it a rest, researching anti-inflammatory diet, etc. but it's quite hard to think about anything but my dick right now and whether it will get worse or return to normal. So I just always wanna check and double check, but I'm avoiding that as well as of a few days ago,as I've figured out that no matter how many erections I get the curve is still there, so there's no point to try again.

I understand your situation and finding a peyronies Dr can be a challenge. If you read the survival guide and educate yourself first then you can bring up questions with your Dr to discuss.

Checking your penis repeatedly can only bring you added anxiety which is not good. Getting a plan and staying the course is what will benefit you in the long run. This is a marathon and not a sprint.  Focusing on your health is an absolute plus. Quitting smoking will help your overall health. My dad was a 3 pack a day smoker for over 50 years and did eventually quit - you can do this! You should maybe try putting together an exercise regimen, walking daily is a good start.  Don't give up we have all been right where you are! :) Mikel7
