Title: Stage surgery Kuehhas (January 2022)
Post by: lightcurvedpenis1 on March 10, 2022, 09:09:30 AM
Hello,

I am 25 years old from the netherlands and my penis has always been curved to the left from birth (CPC). The curvature is 40/45 degrees to the left (see first few pictures) and my foreskin is also a to tight. Finally, at the age of 24, I wanted to have it changed because I don't want to be afraid of meeting a girl and be ashamed to show my penis.

After searching for many options on how to correct my curvature I was thinking of taking Nesbit surgery or try to use stretching devices. Eventually, I realised that surgery was the only option to correct curvature. I didn't want to go Nesbit surgery because of the high penile length loss. After finding this forum I could either go to brazil to Dr. Paulo egydio or to Dr. kuehhas in Vienna.

Eventually, I choose to go for surgery with Dr. kuehhas because going to brazil was too far for me. I knew from this forum the costs for the surgery and it was going to be a lot of money. So from March 2021 I started working extra hours and tried to save as much money as possible. I the beginning of November 2021 I emailed Dr. kuehhas for a videocall. The video call does cost 100 euros, during the video call I explain the mental and physical problems I had from my curved penis and he told me the surgery options he could offer. Eventually, I went along with the stage surgery with a circumcision, because of my tight foreskin. The surgery was scheduled two months later.

My surgery date was now coming very soon ( January 2022), unfortunately, I did get covid a week before my surgery. The covid luckily wasn't too bad (omicron), but the only problem was that I needed a negative PCR test before entering the country and for the surgery. Luckily one day before my pre-operation-consultation I did rapid PCR and tested negative, so I could enter the country and get surgery. The pre-operation wasn't too special, the only thing that is done is having a look at my penis and the payment (€8500) and the paperwork needed for the surgery.

On the day of the surgery you arrive in the private surgery clinic and had to fill in a lot of paperwork again. After that, you get escorted to your room and you can prepare for surgery. After the 2 hours surgery, you will wake up in the room with bandages around the penis. After you have eaten, you are allowed to go home and get instructions with you. Squeezing the head of the penis is very important after the surgery to help the blood flow. After the surgery, I went for 5 days ( each day for 15min) to the office of Dr. kuehhas to have to bandages changed. During the 5 days I could still see a little bit of Vienna, the only thing is that walking is a little bit more painful and uncomfortable. In Vianna, there are a lot of new e-scooters that make transportation very easy.

The week after the surgery I was back home again, I was instructed how to change the banged myself and had to change them every day. Changing the bandages can be painful because the glans is dried-out of has a small cut in it. Two weeks after the surgery only night bandages are needed to prevent erections. If you have the surgery order the correct bandages on time, because this brand of bandages (peha-haft) are much better than the ones from the local pharmacy. During the three weeks of night-bandages, my circumcision wound started to heal, sometimes I was afraid it would turn out very ugly, but eventually, it will start to look good (see pictures). The recovery period after the surgery was a little heavier then expected also mentally it has an impact on me. It's best to work from home during these weeks.

After the 5 weeks of bandages, I started to use the Phallosan forte. What helps with recovery of penile length. At this moment I still haven't had a boner get because of androcure, so I didn't know how my penis looked. At the end of week 5 in the morning, I had my first boner and my penis looked sort of straight (see pictures). I was extremely happy with this result. I am still down 3/4cm when my penis is erect. But that will hopefully come back in the next few months, the most important is that it is straight.

I continued using the Phallosan forte every night for three hours. I am now at 6,5 weeks after surgery and I am very happy with the result so far.
I just wanted to share my story on this forum, because now after the surgery I am mentally and physically stronger. Because some people talk very negative on this forum about Dr. kuehhas, I also one moment thought about not to get surgery with him because I was afraid it could go wrong. Eventually my case worked-out fine.  Some people may have a bad experiences with Dr. kuehhas, which is very unfortunate. I am very happy that I still went ahead with the surgery because I am now much happier in life than before surgery. I will post my progress over the next few months.

I will post some more photos process untill now.

We're you not able to have sex with your congenital curve? It seems well within the range for functional sex.

I could have sex but I occasionally had some discomfort and didn't like the curve. I am much happier now with how it looks.

not yet, still going to wait for two or three more weeks for everything to heal a bit better, better safe than sorry.

Congratulations, the pictures look good.

A few questions, you say you lost 3-4cm on erect length, was that confirmed through measurement or is that a visual judgement?

Any loss of sensation at all?

How are you coping with the circumcision? I hear horror stories of people who were uncut not being able to adjust to not having foreskin anymore.

The length loss was measured with a ruler I got with the phallosan forte. Hoping to regain the length loss within a few months.

So far I haven't had any sensation loss. The erections still come very easily and they stay quite long hard. How sexual intercourse/masturbation will feel after the surgery is still for me to find out. Soon I will know a little more.

Regarding circumcision, personally, I was hoping to be circumcised a little tighter, but that's always a difficult thing (growers and showers). On the internet, you will read horror stories about circumcision, which also frightened me a little bit. The first few weeks everything was very painful, but now I have adjusted to the circumcision and now I prefer how it visually looks.

Update, Yesterday I have masturbated for the first time. I have to say it's different after circumcision, I needed some lubrication otherwise it didn't work. It took me longer to finish compared to before circumcision. I still have good sensation, but it's a different kind of sensation than before, I would not directly say it's negative. But overall I am very positive :).

18 weeks update, everything is healing well, so far happy with the result.  Officially some short pain moments during the day. I am using the phallosan forte 3-4 hours a day. The structures are still in place, they will dissolve in the next few months.

Glad to see someone else got a good result. coming back on here and hearing the bad stories haunted me a bit. I also got a circumcision due to phimosis. Wish they went a bit looser on mine if im being honest, looking into foreskin restoration atm.
I wouldn't use the penile extenders for too long, 6.5 is a good size. They can injure the facia around the penis and lead to hard flaccid. I'm good now but using those extenders for longer periods of time is not good.

Have to say you might not have needed it (but of course its down to the individual), i am concerned at how happy these surgeons are to dish these out. I asked Franklin whether my curved penis would notably increase the changes of me potentially getting peyronies later and he suggested it would. No idea how true that is. Dr Franklin even started talking to me about penile enlargement surgery if i wasnt happy at the end... i was like 17/18 with an above averaged sized penis, he really shouldn't be recommending that. Hope things go well.

I will use the phallosan forte till 6 months after my operation date, just as prescribed in the release letter. I wear the phallosan forte 6 days a week for 3/4 hours a day. I put the phallosan forte on before I go to work, then around my 10 AM break, I switch it from left to right side, so both sides are equal stretched. And I take the phallosan forte off around my lunch break, sometimes it's a little later/earlier than other days.  Wearing it during work is the best for me because in the evening I often do sports or other hobbies and they are difficult to combine with wearing the phallosan forte.

I guess I have now regained most of my original length back, so maybe the phallosan forte isn't that necessary anymore. I still have 4 weeks to go, and will complete these four weeks.  For the last 4 weeks, I will keep to only 2/3 hours a day.

Overall I am satisfied with the result until now. I have to say the first two months were a lot harder than I had expected. But after the two months, everything healed well. Some days I was a little afraid that my penis wasn't 100% straight, but that was often because I didn't have a full hard erect penis.

But for now, when I have a fully erect penis, it's completely straight. I make try to take photos of my penis every few days, so I have a good overview of the complete healing process at the end. Maybe in the future, it can be interesting to look back at all my penis photos.

I still have only masturbated for now. At this moment I am avoiding dating girls because I want everything to heal well. When 7 months have passed after my operation date I will try dating again, because then I know everything has healed and I feel safer.

personally, I have never heard of hard flaccid. But when I use google I can find some information, even Dr. Kuehhas wrote something on his blog about it.

It can be caused by jelqing, which can be similar to stretching with the phallosan forte. But I guess being afraid that that will happen, also isn't good for your mental health. I guess when you just use the phallosan forte normally, nothing can really happen.

From what i've seen, hard flaccid is only seemingly well understood and treated by DCT (Nic bartelotta) through the years he has been seeing people for hard flaccid and pelvic pain. For anyone interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgikpJdcCd0&ab_channel=DynamicContractionTechnique

I've spoken to him and hes had numerous people seen him with hard flaccid from jelqing, using extenders, excessive masturbation. Its not a guarenteed thing but it is an injury and can coinicide with pelvic pain. Its a new area not touched on much by mainstream doctors in that field. Its sort of up in the air as a result as to what causes it/how to fix it. But i know he treats people with it and has had good success with it. Its understood to be an injury to facia around the penis, the bucks facia i think is often the most common. Again this sort thing is newly studied, i cant back what he's saying up with a study. To actually make a study they've said it would cost them a very large amount and would take up a lot of time seeing people in their clinic and those with the online course.

I dont know if its actually proven to be caused by anxiety or not but i know that is often an associated cause or symptom. I wouldn't worry too much but be safe with it, if you get any sort of symptoms of HF do stop is my advice as it only gets worse with further injury to it. In the time of having it, anxiety didn't make it worse or seem to be a direct cause of it.

I remember emailing the owners of Phallosen Forte years ago now and they claimed to have contacted a urologist who specialists in the pelvic area and said it doesn't affect it. Which from what i've experienced myself, and in others who's come forward on DCT's Facebook group, it has had an effect.

Just for reference, here is a reddit group dedicated to penis enlargement injuries. They all describe a form of hard flaccid and a fair few note pelvic pain alongside. https://www.reddit.com/r/PE_injuries/. Its not scientific proof by any means but theres a lot of anecdotal evidence around. I would just be wary. I used an extender and went from 6 something to 7. Honestly i wish i never bothered.

Today is exactly 6 months after surgery.

So far everything still is straight and has no recurring curvature. The whole journey of correcting my curvature was not easy with a lot of stress, time and did cost a lot of money. But if the end result will stay like this I am very happy.  Overall I am now more confident with my body.
