For example the surgery where they cut out the plaque and replace it with a graft - would that fix the buckling since theres technically no scarred area anymore?

Plaque excision and grafting. I don't think anyone can answer that question except someone who has done that specific surgery. I would assume the graft is meant to give some support.

Quote from: Mikel7 on Today at 06:52:30 AMI am sure you are just referencing plication surgery?

That was definitely one of them, I'm not too sure on the other ones but I know there are others, like when they cut out the scar and replace it with a graft, and one called 'nesbit' which to be honest im not familiar with, etc.

I am sure you are just referencing plication surgery? This is basically when they take the opposite side of the penis and tighten it down with sutures to straighten things out. There are other forms of grafting etc...They all try to accomplish one thing, the straightening of the deformity.

Just joined the group - very informative. Noticed plaque formation about a year ago but only minor curvature. Had Aquablation surgery 6 months ago to address BPH prostate issues (64 yrs old) which was successful. Peyronies Disease presented pretty drastically a few months after the surgery (about 70 degree curve). My urologist put me on daily cialis 10mg and aqua pump therapy twice a week to hopefully improve the curve. Revisit in 6 months.

My case of peyronies is not severe enough for surgery but I was curious on the effect that non-implant surgeries such as plication have on buckling.

Does straightening out the curve actually do anything to fix 'buckling'? Like if someone has an upward curve, they can still 'fold' their penis upwards when they're erect which is what I mean by buckling, whereas the non-affected sides have resistance/stability which prevents the penis from folding in those directions when erect.

I'm pretty sure implant surgeries completely fix buckling and pretty much every other symptom/form of peyronies, which is why I specified non-implant surgeries. Please correct me if im wrong.

Hi Alex, I'm thinking of purchasing one. How much are you selling it for? Thanks.

Quote from: BendJohnson on November 13, 2023, 03:02:58 PMhaving my penis head be very cold (though not completely numb) even after the shorter 10-15 minute sessions.

I have the same issue, I just take it out after 15 minutes (timed), unwrap, massage it, try to achieve an erection, and then later do the next session.

Just bought the make up pads so will report back.

There's no pain or numbness, just coldness, and I am hoping 15 minutes can't cause damage.

Quote from: ohnoohno on December 30, 2023, 05:30:09 PMOrdering things into Mexico from abroad right now is a real issue, I've had things just dissapear - no refunds etc.

So I'm looking for something thatll help stretch my flacid penis out. Anyone know any local mexican devices?
