Title: New study: "Excess sitting linked to coronary artery calcification"

Excess sitting linked to coronary artery calcification, an early indicator of heart problems -- ScienceDaily (http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/03/150305205959.htm)

I just found this recently posted study. I know this has been posted before, atleast anecdotal evidence of sitting and inflammation, but it is still very interesting for us here. As it is not enough just "feeling" that there is a connection between X and Y - now we know for sure that sitting affects our disease quite negativley.

Good lord... well that's no surprise. Now imagine the effect of sitting on your PENILE ARTERIES!!!

I am dead serious, when I say that sitting and seated masturbation has caused a lot of my problems. Days where I do not sit makes things hang and feel much much better. Consider it everyone, be active and be very careful with your pelvic area.
