Title: Extender with TLC tugger (foreskin restoration)
Post by: CurveFree on March 06, 2014, 06:51:16 PM
Hi, is anybody using the TLC with an extender? I know Ron (creator of TLC tugger for foreskin restoration) has made a couple of versions (XPE and VLC) that provide tension to the skin and shaft together. It seems some guys use these with an extender. I've heard that for us circumcised guys the lack of extra skin worsens the curvature. By restoring the foreskin, or at least growing more skin, the penis is able to expand better and it betters the curve (not entirely of course, that's why I want to use it along with the extender). If anybody has experience on this I'd appreciate it if you could share it.

Hmm. It doesn't make sense to me how skin would make any difference to curvature.  The plaque is not connected to the skin. And, for those like me, shortening of the penis does (sadly) create some extra skin near the glans.

well it's not more skin by itself that improves it of course. But as the extender will better the curve and elongate the penis at the same time, the extra skin will allow for the penis to have more room to expand. There are also many other benefits to restoring the foreskin. It's so stupid how here in the west doctors decided all newborn babies were better off being amputated. Especially when everything in the human body has a purpose and a reason for being. Hopefully all the activism that is taking place in the present will result in making infant circumcision illegal.

Your statement is a very far shot:
QuoteHopefully all the activism that is taking place in the present will result in making infant circumcision illegal
The subject was debated already on the forum also, even doctors are divided on the subject.

Many babies die from it or are horribly disfigured, even with an experienced surgeon. It just happend in a certain percentile. That alone is why it should be illegal. Unethical plain and simple. Do it when they are old enough to understand the risks, have a say. What I don't understand is someone wanting to restore their foreskin and thereby risk getting Peyronies.

EDIT: CurveFree: You don't need "literature" to see that there is risk of getting Peyronies. Many got it from things like jelquing. With FR you also invariably stretch the penis itself, not just the skin tube. Some even wear these contraptions at night. The forces are the same as in penis extenders. And with extenders it's also recommended to take Pentox which avoids that small wounds lead to more plaque.

@ emasculated: you are absolutely right, it's horrific that a newborn baby should be mutilated without him having any sense or control as to what is going on..... out of all the guys that I have chatted with in FR forums, none have had any problems due to restoration, only benefits in fact. Do you have any link or literature you could recommend about the risk of pyeronies due to FR? In any event. I started this thread because I know there are guys who use both the FR device along with an extender. They seem to help and complement one another. More than debating circumcision, I was really hoping to connect with such guys to learn from their experiences.

Very easy to trow statements without backing them.

Do I really have to dig out the death statistics for the US infant circumcisions now?

No you don't.
Just that statements without backing are not serious.

@ James: discussion of foreskin restoration or circumcision was really not the point of the thread. This thread is about guys who use an extender with the TLC device.

Please guys, only post relevant information to the subject matter to avoid wasting each other's time. Thanks

Unfortunately you have made the tread to include circumcision on your fist, second and third post of this topic.
Read them again and you will understand why.

I use an extender traction devise w/ both the TLC and the VLC. The TLC has a hole Thur the center so when it is under tension load, it loses suction and lifts off the top of the glands a bit thus stretching the foreskin. So I use the TLC for foreskin restoration.

The VLC on the other hand, has no hole in the center and stays nicely suctioned to the top of the glands, thus allowing one to stretch both the inner shaft and the foreskin as well since it is wrapped up around the main cone.

I have been using my SG extender in combo w/ both the TLC/VLC since 2011 when I first got peyronies and I think if I had not been using it all this time, I would still be curve at about 80 degree's. :)
