Title: Dent from Palpating
Post by: Keith Walts on November 29, 2020, 12:04:15 PM
Hey guys I'm feeling really stupid right now. A couple months ago I noticed a sunken in feeling in my flaccid penis and I was sort of compulsively feeling it and poking into it a lot worrying if it was scar tissue. And now for the past month when I have an erection the area turns purpleish and is very indented.

Do you think that poking and prodding a penis can cause Peyronies Disease?

Wow, hope not but def stop checking it.  Don't get down on yourself-just try to move in.  What treatments are you doing for fibrosis?

Hey Tony thanks for the response.

I'm doing Pentox and Cialis and some of the supplements like COQ10 and citrulline and that's it. My andrologist told me I shouldnt mess with a traction or VED because he doesn't think it's that bad and doesn't want me to hurt myself more.

I recently just had a flaccid ultrasound when the dent was in bad shape like it currently is and he said he saw no Peyronies but mild fibrosis.

Do you think if the ultrasound didn't detect the dent then it's not scarring? Would definitely appreciate your input on that and the treatments I'm doing : )

Mild fibrosis sounds like it could be early Peyronies Disease.

Well he said that it was corporal fibrosis and that he didn't think I had Peyronie's.

I understand corporal fibrosis is just diffuse Peyronies Disease, rather than focused in one spot as a plaque.

corporal fibrosis is fibrosis of the corpora cavernosa not of the tunica albuginea if mild it could be treated with PDE5 inhibitors
