I often have a sore spongeosum all along the bottom of penis. Especially after ejaculation. It is sore/ sensitive to the touch and if I massage it for 5 or so minutes the soreness goes away. What could this be? Has anyone had this? It's only sore if I push down on it with my hand. But not just while sitting. I also don't have discomfort able ejaculating or peeing.
