First episode started 2020. Long active phase of almost 2y. After all this time I finally came to a point where everything sort of feels normal again (with tadalafil)
A new episode of hell started just like the first time. During ejaculation I felt a long "stretch" from top to bottom on one side few days ago. After that indeed clearly inflamed, light pain is back and it became completely useless even with tadalafil. I take what I THINK worked first time: tadalafil, diclofenac, hiuroid gel. Anything to avoid inflamation and further damage. Really desperate.. I could not take another 2y and even that would a good case.
Does this "stretch" from top to bottom sound familiar to anyone else? It's like the penis had too go to far to ejaculate and injury happened.
