I only used traction and VED therapy. I started with the PMP for about 18 months then added in the Restorex along with it. I adopted a healthier eating style by eliminating a lot of sugar and started walking 15 miles a week.

I can recommend Dr Levine in Chicago as he is a Peyronies specialist. He is my Dr and I like him and his treatment approach. You are never too old for plication surgery. The real question is have you tried traction therapy yet? Or even VED therapy? You say that you don't need the blue little pill which I assume that your erections are good? As far as medicare is concerned Stabler would be the one to answer this as she is educated and deals in this area.

Quote from: Mikel7 on Yesterday at 06:45:38 PMI cannot feel any remaining plaques but I still have an upward curvature towards my glans of about 15 to 20 degrees. I never had any curvature before peyronies as everything was straight as an arrow. I still do occasional traction and VED which does help with my erections since I can't take any meds.

That's great news.

Which treatments did you do to get rid of plaques?

Quote from: PD_CHI on January 17, 2021, 10:12:46 AMI have a script for Verapamil Gel from Peyronies Disease labs and I just started using it with DMSO  I am using DMSO roll-on with Aloe from Amazon,  Says it is 99.9 pure.   Question, should I just roll the DMSO on and then put the gel on, or the reverse?  What is the correct use of this combo?   I have not had any discomfort or reaction and have been doing it for about a week with the DMSO first and then the Gel.  I have been using the V-Gel for 2 months by itself.

Any update?

Quote from: Sonic on April 17, 2024, 12:29:27 PMSpeaking of Cialis and prolonged erections I have a question. I had an episode around 4 years ago where I was taking this, (10mg). Woke up one morning with a erection that was quite literally hard as a rock, I wouldn't say it was painful but it definitely felt uncomfortable, took around 30 mins for this to go down, the issue is I do not know how long this erection lasted in the sleep. I hade some penile aching for around 3 days after this episode.

Sometimes i think to myself that I might have had a priapism while sleeping and that this event is what triggered my peyronies or some type of inflammatory process. Could it be possible?

Sorry for the late response but I don't know.  The solidness I feel some mornings are really unlike anything I've ever felt down there.  For that reason I don't think it caused my Peyronies Disease.

I have a few questions on CC, is here the best place?

I'm late into the game so to speak - I'm 69. I have thought many things since finding this forum, please bear with me.
I don't need any "blue pills" so lets get that out of the way first.

Years and years of not knowing of any available treatment. And them trying to sort through my head space prompts this post. Sex has usually been "doable" with most partners, but certain aspects are very limited. And the stigma that goes along with it does play with you head. I'd like to get myself a little "gift" while I still can (so to speak)

Am I to old for plication surgery?

Does medicare cover anything like this?

In my general area (Milwaukee Wi) how does one find a doctor? Urologists that advertise in my area show treatments for Peyronies but not CC.

Thanks in advance

I am a firm believer in the PMP delivering some of my success at restoring my lost length. Now keep in mind that you need to invest a lot more time with this device as it is a more gentle pulling force. I also split up my time with 3 hours in the early morning and then 3 to 4 hours in the evening. Both devices have there plusses and minuses.

Quote from: Tobyg on Yesterday at 12:50:14 PMI recommend doing squats, I only do 30 a day and I have better erections. During physical exercise the penis can retract, don't be scared.

I do weighted leg exercises 1 day a week. Are your squats weighted with a bar? Everyday - wow.
