I'm also having the same problem - cold and numb glans about 10 minutes into the 30 minute sessions - all returns to normal after about 30 post-session. In the counter bend position #3 (I still haven't been able to get to 4 yet) I notice that the shaft gets a little cold and numb as well (no, I'm not clamping the shaft - I think, that by default, its flattening the shaft against the device in the 3rd/4th positions and causing more restricted blood flow)

Hi all - like my signature says - I have Peyronies Disease - saw a Urologist and he confirmed it looks like Peyronies Disease (shared pics of full erection where indentation is easy to see) - approx ~ 20 degree bend from the indentation out to the right. I have trouble getting erections without Viagra - with Viagra, I get full erections and could have penetrative sex, but I haven't had any sex since Feb since I'm newly single and I noticed the indentation being more prominent. The indentation has caused loss of girth in the side that it is on, but no hourglass to other side. The Urologist palpitated my flaccid penis and could not feel any plaque - I also have never felt any obvious hardening/plaque flaccid or erect when I inspect myself, and I'm a bit puzzled by that. The Urologist essentially said to keep an eye on it...it may get worse or might not "just assume it won't get any worse and try not to worry about it too much, keep taking the Viagra to keep things stretched out and use a traction device".
This assessment rubbed me the wrong way and I bought the ReStorex after hours of online deep dives. I started using it on 4/27/24 - so I'm approaching week 3 now - I plan to religiously use it as directed for the full 3 months. I have seen slight improvements in length (even at this early stage) but the indentation isn't changing much - I believe that after a few months of using the counterbend positions, I might see some changes in the long run re: loss of girth.

Has anyone had an indentation get "cured" via ReStorex

Hi Mike:

Thank you for responding. What happened to you is shocking. The more I googled my one symptom and read more stories like yours the more concerned I got. I hope things have improved for you now.

For me, as you read in my post, nothing has changed since February when "the dent" first appeared, and for that I am thankful. I am becoming cautiously optimistic that for now this may be this is all I will experience 🙏 but I monitor my guy daily.

I continue to wonder if others have had a similar experience that I am having so far, with or without a sudden change for the worse.

Take care and safe..

Penile Implants / Re: 37 Year old athlete implan...

Hey guys! Hope you're all well.

Just another update. Everything is still great, life is normal. Just went on a trip recently where I met a girl and we had sex every day. She had no idea about the implant and I pumped up 80% before hand. When finished, I don't even go to the bathroom now I just hold the deflate button for 5 seconds or so and she never notices. I will say my dick "hangs" more natural now than right after surgery. It actually flops around like a normal penis. Probably just the tubes getting more flexible with time. Still a challenge with a flacid dick that's over 6 inches or so. Usually my dick has to hang down my left or right pant leg.

On my trip my friend was telling me how he didn't want to drink too much because he didn't want to not be able to have sex. He also said everytime he tries to use a condom his dick goes soft. I just smirked and felt great knowing this is never a problem I'll have anymore. Sometimes I think I forget the advantage of being able to get hard 100% of the time in any situation lol. Guaranteed rock hard erection.

Anyway all is good here! Hope you all are as well.

Quote from: Mikel7 on Yesterday at 05:20:45 AMIt is difficult to address exactly which way to go. You definitely have had a couple surgeries which I'm sure has been expensive $$. On looking back over your experience can you judge the quality of improvement from any of them? I would be hesitant to undergo the knife again. Xiaflex injections will dissolve any scar tissues and plaques. I am not educated on the use of it for congenital curvatures. Remodeling after Xiaflex is what will promote straightening and healing of the penis. Is this what Dr Trost has recommended and discussed with you? I would at least give VED a try as it is noninvasive.

Hello Mikel,

Thank you very much for your reply I'm grateful, it's not the first time you've replied to a post of mine

The last surgery definitely improved my situation, I used to have a disabling downward curve that I no longer have

The problem is now this painful hard area on the left side that could cause this new curvature, the urologists don't know if this is related even though I think it is. Dr Gelman told me during his surgery he had removed an astronomical amount of adhesion in my penis from the first surgery in France.

Yes, I was even able to discuss with Dr Trost during a video consultation 1 year ago and also by e-mail, Xiaflex + remodelling with Restorex can be a solution for him. I've already used Restorex alone for several months, and it hasn't improved my situation Apart from a gain in length.

So I'm wondering if Xiaflex can potentially remove adhesions?

Yes, I'm going to start VED when I have more intimacy, but I just don't believe in the effectiveness of this device.

Thx again !!

Based on his videos, it sounds like @NeoV had a similar condition.

I have peyronies and have had it for 15 years. Having sex is hard but I can do it the problem. I am having now is that I cannot keep it hard. I've had an ultrasound done and they say that there is a lack of blood flow to my penis. I was wondering if anybody had any advice or use the tens unit on my legs and feet for neuropathy blood flow working in my legs and feet I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations what do they think that if I were to use the tens unit on my penis with a low setting that will help get the blood flow started again. I don't know what the problem definitely is lack of blood to my penis or weather The position I need to get in to have sex tires me out to where I can't finish because I am a 70 year old man.

Quote from: Mikel7 on Yesterday at 05:52:19 AMSo have you been diagnosed with peyronies or just have a congenital curvature? The way you describe this is just the opposite of a typical plaque formation and a curvature forming. I would say at least try some traction and stay with it too see if you have any improvements. Remember that with the PMP you must invest time. I started with that device and I usually logged in about 6 to 8 hours a day. I split the time up into mornings and evenings.

I had upward congenital curvature but it worsened after I woke up with a penile fracture (purple swollen penis etc.) and I now feel plaque and indentation on the bottom of my penis. I am 100% sure it's Peyronies.
