EAU Guidelines on Penile Curvature - European Urology (http://www.europeanurology.com/article/S0302-2838(12)00616-1/fulltext)
Interesting treatment algorythm...
Seems very superficial to me.
What conservative treatments includes?
No any treatment except surgery in the stable stage? Most of the Peyronies specialists will not agree.
In my opinion it shows how littel attention this disease is getting.
ALL ABOVE IS MY PRIVATE OPINION

I would agree with you on the conclusion. This study is really fact based and very conservative, however the easy to understand nature of the algorithm could be helpful for some patients, and I am sure some urologists could benefit from reading the whole thing.
You are right on the point that for many pations with Peyronies will help to understand where they are and some doctors will learn from it also :D

Here is a link to the 2020 version of the European Association of Urology guidelines on "penile curvature":
https://uroweb.org/guideline/sexual-and-reproductive-health/#8
See section 8.2: Peyronie's Disease
Most European urologists will probably just stick to these guidelines, so it may be helpful to read them yourself.

I love how they state collagenase form 30 degree upwards as if it wouldn't work for lesser curvature or hourglass deformity(research shows it actually works best for lower degree), as if a man with 25 degree just has to accept it and get curvature just because of the retarded insurance system with their blood sucking animals
