VED for soft glans and dent?

Hi everyone!

So I've just come back from Dr. Gelbard who prescribed me Pentox, L-Arginine and Vitamin E. From reading posts on this forum I've also been adding to this ALC, Pycnogenol and Bromelain which have helped with keeping my flaccid fuller and less stretched around the middle.

My question is do you think the VED would benefit this dent I have which starts 2cm below the glans on the underside? It appears that the spongiosum just vanishes there or is narrowed. I've been told its distal tapering and this dent is probably the cause of blood not remaining in the glans. On a slightly unrelated note I also haven't had morning erections in about 4-5 months.

I'm sure the doctor would prescribe a medical 3 cylinder because I saw adverts for them in the waiting room lol. But just wanted to hear if anyone has had improvement with dent and soft glans.

Thank you so much for any comments this forum has been a gold mine of resources and support these past couple weeks!  :)

A ved cannot guarantee you that your situation will improve, but if you do it right (stick to the 26 week protocol) it will at least make sure your penis stays healthy and blood flow will be maintained. If you can get one prescribed, it is defenitely worth it. Get it as quickly as possible.

Hi luciano,

I ve seen you are Austrian. I take this situation to answer: i ve the same problem of cbijk and i need to start VED protocol, as soon as possible, do you know where can I buy a vacuum in Europe? (i'm Italian)

Thanks en advance

Thanks luciano!

So there really isn't any benefit of the one cylinder over the 3 right? I'd definitely want to start slow and easy. If there's any other people who've had experience with soft glans caised by dent I'd be very interested in hearing your advice/approach.

Based on my very limited experience I would suggest you go with the three cylinder approach. To my mind, it is just too easy to overdo it with the larger cylinder when you're not entirely sure how to use the VED, so starting with a smaller cylinder is a more conservative start. If cost is a factor you can buy the Vitality one cylinder model from diabetessupplies4less.com (or whatever it's called, I can't exactly remember; it's mentioned many places on the forum) and use the stickied instructions on this board to make the other two cylinders yourself. I followed Buckeye's instructions. As he says, it is kind of hard to find the necessary plastic tubing in lengths less than like 8 feet, which is unnecessarily unwieldy and expensive, but I ended up finding both from a seller on Amazon. One was three feet, the other four, and they cost me around $50 together with free shipping. The Vitality VED cost me $90 or something like that. I haven't started the full-length protocol yet but I am expecting much better results than I had before. Among other deformities I have a dent I think is similar to yours, and I expect the VED can help with that.

Thanks swolf that was very helpful. I'm gonna try and get the 3 cylinder if I can but it's good to know there are other options.
I think my main concern is that with the expansion that comes with using the VED, I will make matters worse with the soft glans. Still if I take it easy it's worth the try. I need to do some more research as to the process of getting an erection. Basically as the erection starts my glans are full but there is slight hourglass shape. This goes away as a full erection is achieved however at this point my glans loose the blood and I can feel it rushing out from where this dent is over the spongiosum. I've noticed sitting down its worse but in the shower after a warm towel soak the glans are firmer and stay firmer. Weird. Any thoughts?
Perhaps I should post this in the ED section...

Well actually I'm not austrian, I only live and work here (I'm actually French) but getting a 3 cylinder ved was not easy.
I finally found one at:

http://www.imedicare.eu/products.html

I ordered the soma-correct 3 cylinder model, manual NOT with the electric pump.
It is not cheap but the cheapest i could find in europe at 239 british pounds. They ship in the UE but I think not to the states. Shipping is pretty expensive outside britain (something like 30 pounds), If I were you I would give them a call. (They are reachable in the afternoon) They then give you the full price with shipping.

Actually at the time I also ordered a 4 tube pack of lube. But now i only use "Ultrasound Gel" I buy in pharmacy. It is much cheaper and works as well. (I get a brand called dr. Help, but there are many brands around. the thing is they get cheap if you get half or one liter bottles. - I would suggest you get a small bottle first and try it out)

Excuse me i ve seen the flag  :-[

I dont kanow, the VED protocol is based on manual/eletric pump? which is better?
The cost is not a problem, at the moment

There is another better in EU to buy? no states, because i dont want to pay italian custom

Thanks luc

Manual Pump is better.. because electric you cannot regulate as well.
I think that was the best deal for the 3 cylinder model in the EU..
