So far it's been a year since I've injured my penis. The urologist I went to, which I don't believe was interested, nor, up to date on the latest Peyronies treatment said I had Peyronies. But, here I am today, waking up with erections, no deformities in my erections, and for the most part fine. I sometimes have hard Flaccid, which I believe could be inflammation. I don't know as I haven't been to a proper Peyronies specialist. I have adjusted my masturbation habits to include lubricant and lightly stroking instead of keeping my penis in-between my thighs while stroking which puts a substantial amount of pressure on my shaft I presume. So I masturbate with legs spread apart and this feels much more comfortable and safe. Anyways, I sometimes have hourglassing occur, but, here's the thing. When I injured myself in three places, I didn't hear any popping noises, I also did not see any visible bruising. I also did not have any form of priapism. So what do you think I did? It was a sharp pain, and I also gripped my partially erect penis too hard at the time, which definitely constricted my upper shaft for a short period of time. That's fine now, just with occasional hourglassing only when sitting. When I'm laying down or standing it's fine. I also haven't exercised in a loooong time. So I'm guessing a lot of this has to deal with overall bad health? Thoughts? Thanks for your concern! I'm in the meanwhile looking for some medical care. I'm currently in Houston, so if you know a great Peyronies specialist I'd love to meet the specialist and get their thoughts.

If it is peyronies, you've caught it early.  I'd def check w a specialist in peyronies since one doc said it was peyronies.

Okay, but, what do you think about the fact that I dont have any changes in shape or size of erection? Also, I have delayed ejaculation. Also have full sensation. It has been a year and a month since I hurt myself. Only noticed that I have like flaccid turtling sometimes, like not always flexible in the flaccid state, and I also have not exercised much over the past year because of stress from injuring myself last year. Also feels like I'm always tensing up near the base of my penis. Idk if that is me stressing out over re-injury or what.
