Title: What foods should I be eating for penile pain or inflammation?

I heard alot on this forum that diet is required in order for your penis to heal, what foods should I be avoiding and what should I be eating? right now I'm avoiding anything high in fats and I've drinking alot of green tea.

Kenji,

I suggest you look up a doctor named Dr. Joel Wallach and do some research on his 10 Bad Foods list. Dr. Wallach is legendary for getting people who were diabetics to become former diabetics as well as many other former diseased states, too numerous to name.

Thanks, I read his food list though he listed wheats as a bad food, which is something I need since I some stomach issues and fiber is part of my diet.

Wheat is a bad food and there will be other sources for fiber.

What is your stomach condition?

I have GERD, Hemorrhoids and mild diverticulosis, if there is another source of fiber do tell?
