Title: HCG hormone - has anyone tried?
Post by: AugustoEC on April 23, 2022, 09:14:50 PM
Hello guys,

I've been reading about the HCG hormone and the benefits it brings to the sexual area of men. Has anyone tried using it? Do you know if it can help to reduce scars? I know there is no study about it but it doesn't hurt to try.

The benefits for men are as follows: increasing energy, improving libido, testicle enlargement, improving sleep quality and returning a feeling of pleasure and well-being towards life.

I have been on HCG for almost 18 years.  I have used it as part of my TRT regimen. It is a polypeptide hormone and it acts similar to our regular LH in our bodies and stimulates our testes to produce testosterone. I was using it while I got peyronies so I don't know if it actually reduced my scar or prevented it from getting worse.  I can tell you that it is quite expensive now as the dam FDA got involved in it and stopped all production of compounding pharmacies halting it's production.  I could get it made much cheaper but big pharma wanted their share of the $$ so a bill was passed that affects it's production. I can tell you that it really gives your libido a big boost as well as your well being.

Would you say there's a benefit to use HCG while on TRT? Doing both seems to be very popular in the US. In Europe it's mostly either the one or the other, i.e. HCG only for men who want to father children in the near future. I've heard that using HCG while on TRT can drive E2 up by a lot.

When HCG is added to a TRT regimen it gives the added benefit of upping your libido as also filling the backward pathways of DHEA and Pregnenolone.  This isn't cut and dry for all men it just depends on the individual chem makeup. It does help preserve fertility with men that want to father children.  I always loved the feeling it gave me in regards to libido and well being.  It can elevate your estradiol though when taken in doses above 500 IU's. I am currently doing ok without it but I do miss it at times.
