Uro prescribed me 5mg of this do take daily or every other day and told me to take it at night to help promote nightly erections. Doesn't this increase the risk for priapism during sleep? I mean you are asleep and have no idea how long your erection will last when on this. The last thing I want is to cause further damage. Could it not be taken in the morning with the same effect?
What cause Paraprism is the Trimix injections, stay away from those. It is not common at all to get Paraprism from Cialis
I don't think 5 mg of cilais ever caused priapism. It did cause me some back pain and my doctor said just cut it in half for 2.5 mg and back pain is gone. Althoughhe also said to give ti time and you probably will accomodate 5 mg

what about bimex--it doesn't have aprostadile, but it does have paverdine, the worst ingredient inducing priapism.

From my understanding, any erection medication especially if not injected in the right dose may induce a priapism given individual factors from the person. Sickle cell anemia, drug use, medication interactions....
And it's not "paverdine" but "papaverine"
Sonic, the 5mg Cialis is extremely unlikely to cause priapism. It's actually the 20mg Cialis that is used for sex.
The 5mg should dilate your blood vessels, improve blood flow, improve erections, promote healing.
There was a study somewhere which showed 5mg cialis daily reversed/prevented fibrosis in the penis.
I remember when I was early in on my condition and started the 5mg cialis, they helped a lot with ED, pain, and increased my girth a little, I think from extra bloodflow. This then helped me to get good pumps in with the VED. Consider pentox too if you haven't already.
