I'm using the PeniMaster Pro with the suction ball, but I want to use the hose where you blow in and out (due to some problems).
I manage to get the glans in a little bit, but when I breath for air again it loses suction.
Anyone got tips or tricks to use this?

Using the hose is tricky. You first have to blow out a little to expand the diagram and then place the head of your penis against it and suck it into the chamber. Take the tip of your tongue to block the tube closed while you get ready to draw more air out of the device. I personally used the tube for a short time only. I only use the suction ball when using the device. I also use the Restorex which is improving my curvature.
