Title: Tadalafil increases pain?
Post by: blex on January 02, 2022, 07:33:20 AM
I tried Tadalafil 2.5 daily before sleeping for some time now (no ED).

But it seems that it increases my pain a lot, especially when erect (NTE).
Kind of feels like my erections are at like 110% strength, feels like the plaque gets stretched.

I'll move my plan to using Tadalafil in the morning and cut the L-Arginine for now, because I really need some sleep.

Anyone else experienced this, what do you think?

Pain is usually experienced in the acute phase, as the plaque pulls against your erection.  The tadalafil is likely to be causing stronger erections, and so the pull on the plaque is greater, causing more intense pain.

I don't know if this will help stretch the area and therefore reduce the effects of peyronie's...someone more knowledgable will sure to comment

Hey Blex:

Throughout the night you have several erections for penile maintenance. It sucks that you are having pain but it is good on the other hand that you report such firm erections. Both in the survival guide and on the guidelines, it is a recommended therapy to use cialis. Have you tried taking a painkiller as well, to reduce the pain to help you sleep?

In my opinion it would be a good thing to take cialis if you can sleep at night. You can also try to take it 3x a week instead of stopping completely?

Here is what Dr. Landon Trost's treatment protocol suggests for the different stages of the disease:

Thank you very much for your input.
Dr. Trost's site slightly confuses my regarding in which phase cialis should be used or not but is nevertheless a good read.

Will try Tadalafil every other day now for two weeks and see how that works.

tadalafil increases your erection strength which is likely causing pain against the plaque

i would say this is a good thing
