Title: Proximal Plaque
Post by: prib1 on November 18, 2021, 11:38:59 AM
I have two large dorsal plaques, one Distal and one Proximal, with a small separation between them, maybe 2-3mm. The Distal plaque is causing a sharp upward bend right before the glans, 58 degrees to start. With RestoreX and Xiaflex we are making improvements on the Distal Plaque. I was down to 48 degrees with just RestoreX before staring Xiaflex, I am guessing maybe 40 degrees now after the 1st round of Xiaflex. However, the Proximal plaque is causing a slow upward bend making the Penis the shape of a Semi-circle )

I am concerned that if we get the Distal bend down to something reasonable to make sex possible again, the Proximal bend will still make it impossible as this is really a half circle now and the penis head is just about touching my body. My Dr stated they do not normally treat the Proximal plaque. Any experience with this?
