Title: Best VED cylinder size for girth/wasting?
Post by: markdubby on October 01, 2021, 08:39:10 AM
Hi all

i have the soma correct 3 cylinder, but was wondering what is the best size for regaining some girth.
assume the largest one would make more sense as it would allow the penis to expand, whereas the smaller one works directly on the plaques.

any tips on this?

I have exactly the same issue as you do, I was using BathMate VED trying to recover girth, but I felted that was  getting worse. I visited Dr Landon Trost, I asked him about the VED and he said that he doesn't recommend them, because it can make the hourglass deformity worse.

Hey mate,

I would recommend using the small/medium for a while and seeing how you go. I've read that some members have injured themselves by over pumping with the large cylinder.

I'd reallyl like to know which cylinder is recommended for girth. I have the same issues as you and am using the 3 cylinder protocol.

I think its simple, just measure your girth and the select the cylinder that is bigger than your girth size, this will allow your penis to expand, you will have to work up to this, don't expect a instant increase, like all VED work it takes time, work up slowly, then happy days.

Speaking on hourglassing, and not general all over girth improvement...

Like Badluck, I also had Dr. Trost tell me that he doesn't recommend VED as it makes the *perceived* hourglassing worse. That is, it stretches the good tissue and not so much the diseased tissue in his experience. Therefore, making the healthy penis thicker but not so much the Peyronies inflicted area thus making the hourglassing *appear* more pronounced.

For me the B tube allows my healthy penis to expand to the edges but no further. (I do not reach the edges in the C tube at all.) In the B, I feel like it helps temper the over expansion of the healthy tissue since it can't expand beyond the width of the tube. My hourglassing section does not reach the sides but obviously my goal is for it to. I do feel pressure in the wasting area so I assume it is stretching where I need it. Hopefully, it expands at some point.

I know before I re-injured myself I found great results for narrowing, curvature and ED with the 3 cylinder protocol. Not sure why its not recommended.

I'm asking about girth because sometimes the penis twists or inflates at an angle so with it hitting the edges on an angle could possibly damage the penis.

I was wondering if its recommended to just use the C cylinder where it can't touch the edge of the cylidner at all or just pump less in the B/A cylinders.
