Hello, I have pain in my pubic/inguinal area when I have an erection. My penis can't move, it hurts and it feels stiff. I've read that it can be a inguinal hernia, and I'm scared because I don't want another problem too.
Does anyone else have the same symptoms and can it be something that can be fixed?
Any ideas?
do you think it has any relationship with traction?
or it happens just when you have an erection?

Yes, I think it has a relation. I don't have pain when I do traction but I've heard that it can cause this type of problems. Also this problem started after I did too much manual traction (also semi-erect) and that gave me a lot of new problems.
I doubting if I'm gonna continue with my traction device.
I have a similar pain. Feels very specific to the superficial inguinal ring. After a lot of anatomy examination I think it ilioinguinal nerve pain. Started with use of VED. I felt a sharp pain at the pubic bone region. It has flared up and down for 9 months now. Think I put too much presssure on 1 occasion. Usually throbs after strong nocturnal erections. Sometimes after sex. I take amitriptyline 10mg to control nerve pain. Have you had any further progress or worsening?
Yes, I need an operation to fix my problem, but I dont think we have the same problem because what I have has nothing to do with the nerves but with the ligaments
