I have a thinning on the front and back of my erection towards the bottom which causes a hinging effect. My erections aren't as solid as they once were and I'm worried the hinging during sex is going to damage it further, I can achieve a full erection although it takes a while and it's more stable, however it very quickly reverts to a softer state.
