Yesterday I bought tadalafil. In spain, it costs 60€!!! For 28pills of 5mg (it's not covered by the national health system)
Then I thought about maybe buying it from internet....but not for now. During my first/second year of the disease I will not experiment with non official drugs.
I would buy what the urologist recommend. In Germany I don't have to pay for prescribed drugs.

Maybe that's a problem in your country. My urologist prescribed me Tadalafil 5mg, which costs ~70 € for 56 pills. But I get thr monry back from health insurance.
I regularly buy gineric silidifill. For the last 3 years . (In case you don't know. It's the active ingredient in Viagra.)
Only once has it not been as effective, 95% of the time it's excellent. I buy 100mg tablets. Usually beak it into 3 or 4 equalish pieces. As a daily dose
That's roughly 25-30mg daily dose.
The cost is about £17 (GBP) for 40 tablets. Totalling 120-160 daily doses.
I've just tried eropid (sildenafil one) recently, from numan, seems to work. Anyone else tried it?

I go for mid range price. Have tried cheap ones. There not good at all. As the saying goes. You get what you pay for
