Title: How many supplements are too many?
Post by: MambaMentality on February 05, 2021, 01:55:23 PM
As of rn, I'm only taking Pentox, taking multivitamins (doubt that they help), and drinking coffee (caffeine can help as an anti-inflammatory).  Some other substances that I'm looking into taking rn are Vitamin E, pine bark, grape seed extract, etc.  I plan on taking L-Arginine & L- Citrolin eventually but I'm going to hold off on those for rn.  With that being said, how many substances are too many? I don't want to overload myself, lol

You can't overload yourself by taking supplements.
Pentox, which is a drug, does not interact with anything but common painkillers (aspirin & ibuprofen to name two).

I only take Tadalafil 5mg, Acetyl-Carnitin and L-Citrullin. Vitamines and others are covered with healthy food, what I'm eating. In my opinion waste of money and supplements can only support the body but don't cure any desease.

Pretty sure I have heard doctors say that taking too many Vit E or blood thinners may be dangerous.
