hi all
first post here so apologies if this has been asked already but didn't find the answers with the search function.
i noticed a week ago that my penis is curved to the right by about 10 degrees. i have no pain or erection problems or trauma but feel a small plaque at the base of the gland so am guessing i am at the beginning of Peyronies Disease.
is avoiding mastirbation advised? I usually do it once or twice daily and don't want to worsen the situation.
when would it be advisable to start with traction and physical treatments? at the start(now) or when the disease has stabilised?
many thanks
It is advised to stop masturbation or limit it
You dont have to wait for the disease to stabilise to start treatment,
stop for how long though? im 12 months in now by the day and masturbating still makes it worst
I would highly reccomend to lessen your masturbation activity and be gentle with your penis. If you feel a nodule with or without pain it could be the start of peyronies. Each person is different on how it affects them
and on their worsening/recovering goes. It is very unpredictable. If you do have it I can tell you that any form of vigorous masturbation can make it worse. Mike
for how long no vigorous masturbation ?
thanks. spent a while researching on the forum, got a PMP on the way and got COQ10 and L-carnitine as well. I am only 29 and i think it all began within the last month or so, so will tackle it aggressively and hope to solve the issue
Just remember that this disease is best to be viewed as a marathon and not a sprint.
